The Pure Water People

Our investment in Aquatec's pure water system has been one of our best decisions. This is a Company who puts integrity before financial gain and deserves to be commended. We don't have a maintenance contract, but their customer services reminds us each year to have our system serviced. The price covers replacement parts and ensures the two units (house water softener and drinking water) work at maximum capacity. When finally our original unit water softener unit began to leak they removed it and suggested several solutions. We opted to purchase a four-year old model being removed from a house up for sale. We agreed a price, but between that deal and the fitting a week later the house purchaser decided to keep it. Instead of telling us we'd missed out, Kelly arranged for us to have a brand new unit fitted for the same price and gave us a six-year guarantee! And, Elliot, as with all those Aquatec's engineers over the years, was a pleasant young man and has now done a splendid refit.

The storage vessel for my RO system was not filling properly. Pure Water's engineer, Lewis, contacted me very promptly after I sought assistance and then subjected all parts of the system to a thorough testing to not only ensure that the initial problem was rectified but also that everything else was also working correctly. Lewis' attention to detail was meticulous and he was also very pro-active in keeping me well informed at all times. He even rang me a few hours after completing the task to check that everything was indeed working perfectly. Overall, Pure Water's customer service was exemplary. Everybody with whom I had contact was unfailingly professional, friendly and helpful. They made a problem into a pleasure.

After a great demonstration on the water purification system in our house by the salesperson, we agreed to buy the unit. A quick install was booked over the phone and the Elliot the installer arrived on time on the day and explained the whole process of install. Elliot was very thorough and answered all my questions before install. He worked really hard for 5 to 6 hours and finished the install. The install was very clean and Elliot made sure all the rubbish was cleared and cleaned by him. I had nothing to clean after him. I was very pleased with the works carried out by Elliot and I would definitely recommend the company for its product and great customer service. Thank you.

We have been with this company for 12 years and the benefits of the systems installed and the superb quality of drinking and utility water since, have been well worth the initial set up costs. Organising a yearly service and all necessary filter changes at the same time has always been easy (since we do receive reminders) and the most recently attending engineer (Elliot) was professional, polite and knowledgable. We now require a new 3 way filter tap and we have not hesitated to ask this company to provide and fit (via Kelly) because with The Water People we are confident that we receive the best customer care and attention to detail. Excellent customer focus and we highly recommend.

We were not happy with our water, with the scaling up of kettle, taps and shower heads. I didn't like the taste and my skin was always dry and itching. From the sales pitch which revealed why I didn't like the taste of the water to the installation of the system we really felt like valued customers and we still do. Kevin, who installed our system was so efficient and kind and he was obviously very keen to install the system to perfection. There were issues, we were told our water pressure was fine for the system which was not correct but this was resolved at no additional cost to us, there was a drainage issue with the drinking filter but this was very quickly fixed. Kevin who had to travel some considerable distance to us even came a few months later to build a box to surround the pipes outside. Nothing was too much trouble and we get annual calls from the Pure Water Company to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. Since the installation, as well as lovely tasting water which even the dog prefers, there has been no scaling on taps, kettle, shower heads and I would suspect our larger kitchen appliances. My skin is no longer flaky and washing hair and body is like bathing in that gorgeous water you get in Devon or Cornwall. Less soap and detergent used. This is a very reliable and caring company who are determined to give you their very best service.

It is coming up to 10 months since getting my Pure water purification system. The engineer whose name I regret I have forgotten, was excellent at his job. installation was extremely profession and the engineer went above and beyond. Purified water pumping through the arteries of this house have objectively contributed to reduced cleaning product and soap use. Our skin is in better nick. Happy to invest in a long term system to ensure good quality drinking water.

We have always received great service from this Company (Previously as Acquatech) having had our water softener system for some 14 years (it's still going strong) Mike came to relocate the system from the utility room into a purpose built outside unit. This was a lengthy piece of work which took the best part of the day and called on many skills. Mike undertook this with demonstrable expertise and was very friendly, knowledgable and informative throughout. COVID safe rules were adhered to at all times. Would highly recommend.

The company offered us the option of having a service visit on a Saturday which was great because we both work full time. We were given a 3 hour window for our service visit (between 1 & 4 pm) and Lewis, our engineer, turned up right at the start of our window. He followed the current social distancing guidelines, wore a mask and PPE and we were very happy with the measures put in place by the company to ensure that we both felt safe. Lewis was very polite, friendly and kept us well informed throughout his visit and we were very happy with the level of service that we received.

Today I had two great guys turn up, Mike & Kevin, to install our water purification system. Mike did the initial survey, and it was really nice to have that level of continuity on the order. The survey showed that whilst possible, it was not a straight forward installation as the bits and bobs would need to be sited in different locations. But Mike said, not a problem. They turned up this morning just before 9 a.m. After driving up from Bristol area. They went to work. I needed to pop out for a few hours, and had no concerns leaving them in my home unsupervised. It was nice to hear their banter between themselves, which was polite at all times. I really like the fact they were like this on my job, and shows how happy they are in their work. At all times my Wife and I were treated politely, and with respect - as you would expect. I am so glad I used this company, and did not go elsewhere. This was not a good decision it was a great decision.

Elliot arrived on time and carried out the above work in a timely and competent manner. The system was tested and demonstrated to my satisfaction and the work site left clean and tidy.

Mike arrived promptly yesterday morning to service our system. He was extremely efficient and went the extra mile to point out the front outer wooden cover of the equipment could be turned around as it had suffered damage from the sun. He did this for us and also gave us a good tip to protect the lid in the future. All in all, we were extremely pleased with the service visit.

The work carried out on our water softener installation was the routine annual service, which involved checking the whole system and replacing the necessary filters. The appointment was made by the office in good time and this was followed up just prior to the visit with another phone call to check all was still as arranged. Kevin, the technician, phoned in advance to advise of his imminent arrival and arrived exactly at the arranged time. What was most impressive was the detailed account and explanation he gave of each part of the service process he was carrying out. The work progressed very smoothly, the system checked and left ready to use. Billing to the agreed price was carried out on site. The whole process was efficiently carried out and hopefully the same technician will be able to return in a year's time.

The system was installed to a very high standard. The equipment was laid out neatly and well secured by Mike, who was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He discussed options and asked me to choose where I wanted the various components to be situated even if it involved extra work. Prior to this Neill did a great job of explaining and demonstrating what the system did. The company have been responsive, friendly and helpful at each stage. Mike left the system running perfectly and demonstrated how to top up the salt. I'm confident in the high quality of the system and the on-going support and maintenance they will provide.

We have used this company for many years since the system was installed in 2013 and had our water treatment system serviced every 12 months. They have always arranged a date/time to suit us and arrived on time. During this most recent visit the engineer Kevin was very efficient and even went further to limit his contact with us by wearing a face covering and completing the tests without the need to enter the house. We would definitely recommend this company.

We had Aquatech Rainsoft put in a whole home water purification system 25 years ago and we have been very pleased with the system and the efficiency of the engineers that have serviced and repaired it over the years. It is now time for an update and today Mike (who has serviced our system before) came and replaced the system within 3 hours, making numerous improvements to the plumbing, adding a better bypass valve arrangement, and plumbed in the old water reservoir as well as the new one to improve the volume of water we can draw off (useful for Steve's beer-making). Mike left the plumbing under the sink in a much-improved state. Mike is personable as well as being thorough in his work, can't praise him highly enough.

Ian arrived at the stated time and worked quickly and efficiently in a pleasant and helpful manner. The service cost was as stated when the booking was made. We have had the water softener for 12 years and it is fantastic to have no limescale when we are in a very hard water area. The drinking water is fantastically pure. The company is very helpful to deal with if necessary.

Lewis, their engineer, arrived on time. The problem with the system was resolved quickly and the part was replaced. He kept us informed as to what was happening. It is good to have soft water back again for showering and as it tastes better. I would recommend for the excellence of the system and their service.
