Engineer, called this morning early in the booked 'window' time and carried out the annual service efficiently, explaining why and what he was doing. Job was left clean and fully operational.

I received a phone call from the engineer to say that he was on his way, he was early but checked with me that it would be OK. Kevin explained in detail what he would be doing and even showed me the clogged up filter that he would be replacing. Mike came yesterday to undertake our full service and was excellent. He arrived on time, carried out the service very efficient and kept us involved in what was going on. He also gave us an update on what he had done when he left.

Engineer Mike carried out a service of our water-softening system this morning. He was on time, extremely pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. His examination of the system was thorough in the extreme. As well as the routine service he was booked, for he found a problem with a main filter membrane and the flow control valve, neither of which we had suspected. He changed both immediately (no call-backs required!) and tested the system thoroughly. He also managed to ease a stiff drinking water tap. We were extremely pleased with his work and general manner. Needless to say, he left the property clean and tidy. A credit to the company!

Kevin from The Pure Water People carried out our water purification system's annual service this time. He arrived at the agreed time and presented himself masked and ready to begin work. He was friendly and informative throughout. This was our third annual service visit. Every engineer has arrived at the agreed time and they have all carried out the work professionally and all have been courteous and informative. Kevin came to undertake the annual service of our water filter system. He arrived promptly and was very efficient, polite and courteous, explaining what he was doing as he went through and obviously knows his trade very well. Highly recommended.

We have now had our system for 5 years so additional filter change required this time. Yes it's expensive but we have never regretted the investment and enjoy the quality of water and the elimination of limescale etc All the PureWater people we have talked to or seen have always been very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I had my system installed by Aquatec and since then have enjoyed their product for the past 9 years. The water quality remains impressive and the fact that the kettle never needs descaling speaks for itself (particularly as this is a very hard water area). We have had no problems with any part of the system in all that time. Engineers conduct an annual service which provides peace of mind and will always give sound adice when asked.

Lewes came to do our annual service and was very courteous, answered our questions about whether the system was fully functioning (it appears we weren't using that much water so the system needed calibrating to be closer to our demand) - and tested the system from all 7 of the rooms where taps are present. Great job!

Mike the engineer was very polite and efficient he explained everything about the service which was a 4 yearly major service. The price I paid was as quoted over the phone with no hidden surprises. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend the pure water people to anyone.

Kevin our engineer came at the time specified, he was efficient knowledgeable and friendly. Checked everything first before changing filters and cleaned up after the job. We are very happy with the work done and the friendliness of Kevin. He carried a bag of salt into the house for us could not do enough. Excellent.

Lewis, their engineer, arrived on time. The problem with the system was resolved quickly and the part was replaced. He kept us informed as to what was happening. It is good to have soft water back again for showering and as it tastes better. I would recommend for the excellence of the system and their service.

Lewis did an excellent job in our service. He is always efficient and very knowledgeable. We have benefitted hugely from having the water filter from the Pure Water People. It keeps our appliances, shower panels and equipment in great shape as there is no scale. We notice the water quality a lot in washing and cleaning ourselves and clothes. And the reverse osmosis drinking water is the best.

Kevin arrived slightly earlier than quoted. Very quickly sorted the problem with a diaphragm on the drinking water container. Also sorted a problem with an old stop tap. Kevin has been here before. Always cheerful and explained what he was having to do.

I had my yearly service on my water purifier. As usual, the gentleman that came was dressed well and very professional. I was telephoned prior to my appointment with an update on the engineer's time of arrival and he arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do and carried out his work. After completing his work he then explained what he had found and the part of the service that could not be done due to the wrong part being sent out. Kevin was very polite, thorough, very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company for the water softeners/purifiers as they provide a quality product and maintenance programme to ensure you get the best from your system. They are easy to deal with and you can always get someone to talk to if you need any help.

Kevin checked our water softener unit after we were experiencing an unidentified noise when using water through the house. He was thorough in his investigation. and was able to accurately advise on what was needed to be done. He gave me absolute confidence in his analysis with his explanation and his previous experience of a similar situation. We now have no noise and a fully functioning water unit- highly recommend Kevin!
