The Pure Water People

We had our water filter yearly service this week and can only say what a very professional carried out by an engineer called Kevin. He completed the replacement of filters efficiently and without any problems. He listened to our concern over the recent leak and said he would deal with this before leaving which he did, replacing the old tubing with a much stronger and sensibly placed out of the way. He explained every detail of his service to us and even sorted a small leak under our sink which was a very kind offer. The whole handling from the arrangements to calling from the office to say thank you to the engineer was a pleasure and the company should be proud of its service.

Very pleased with our recent service and check. Kevin has always looked after our system and is excellent. We have never had any issues with the administration or the quality of the work carried out.

Lewis was our service engineer. Arrived on time was extremely thorough, checking everything, in the softener system and our water pressure in all taps through the house. We had to have the CRV replaced (5 year replacement) as well as the normal canisters changed. Lewis explained everything as he went along, answered all our questions, and we asked a lot! He was polite, tidied up after himself and re checked pipes at the end. Cost was as agreed with the head office . Since having the system put in 5 years ago, we have been very impressed with the speedy response from Bristol when we have phoned with a question or concern. Having the system has meant that we have no lime scale at all, the water is just wonderful to drink, we refer to the water as ‘superior water’ .

Mike arrived in the time slot. Explained exactly what was being done and that was what I expected. Clean efficient and completed in good time.

The work was done efficiently, Lewis (service engineer) was very polite and efficient in his work and took great care and attention in completing his work. he was also very friendly he took the time to explain any issues that we have had and offered possible solutions.

Since the day I got my system I have enjoyed great quality water, and have made significant savings, so much so that I've recommended the system to several friends.

This was the fourth annual service of our water softener. the service agent arrived nice and early 0810 ish as agreed. The work was completed without any hic cups and all back to working order again. Lewes the agent was pleasant and informative about the softener and what he was going to do. Then I have found that who ever comes is the same. I did not realise that the company would supply a washer for the swivel mixer tap, which Lewes has ordered for me. (Thankfully that is a job I can do my self. Only for the fact it saves a two hour travel journey for them.) Although they would fit if I was unable. In the last five years since instalment I have always found this company and it's agents to be of the highest quality.

Have had a water system for ten years now and so pleased not only with the quality of our water but the smooth and very efficient service and maintenance from the Pure Water People. Thoroughly recommend them and applaud their system.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Pure Water People. We had their purification system installed 10 years ago, and we had the annual service carried out today. Their annual service is excellent; we have never had to call them out at any other time to rectify a problem. We always ask for Lewis to carry out the annual service because he is efficient, knowledgeable and obliging. He carries out a full check; testing incoming water pressure to outside taps, household water quality, etc. He explains how best to use the system and leaves us with soft drinking water and lime-free water in kitchen and bathrooms. We have always been very glad we had this system installed.

Kevin came to change my 4-year filter as well as the usual yearly filter change. As always, he gave a service above and beyond (even refilled the salt box and tidied my kitchen following work). An excellent service that I have no hesitation in recommending.

Kevin was his usual cheery self on arrival. I realised today I had the water treatment units fitted 12 years ago. During that time I have only had one minor problem that was sorted very quickly. Kevin carried out the service, which included a filter change, and cleared up after himself. What I like about the system is the lack of scale build up that we used to have. No having to descale every few months especially around tap outlets and the kettle. Once again excellent service.

When was for annual service. Extremely knowledgeable. Water quality tested and filters changed. Always polite and courteous. Highly recommend.

Another annual service today. Booking and communication re time of arrival very efficient. Lewis also phoned ahead and was his usual friendly, efficient and professional self. It's always nice to see the same person sometimes and he remembered all about our house and system. System continues to provide us with clean soft water and no limescale. Brilliant product and great service - thank you.

The staff at the end of the phone are always helpful and friendly. There is never any pressure to buy or spend money, and there is the option to spread payments for a service or for replacement parts if necessary. The engineers who visit to service the equipment are polite, friendly and enthusiastic about the product and take the time to ensure that customers are using the filter to its best potential. Their communication is excellent and they are happy to answer questions and give advice. The product works as advertised. We live in a very hard water area and our taps and kettle no longer show any signs of limescale and our water does not taste/smell of chlorine anymore.

Kevin completed our annual service very thorough, friendly and professional. Informed me of what needed doing and why. Always pleased with the service from this company also appreciate them calling and informing me they are on their way as I work from home.
