This year they changed filters and checked pressures. Advice was given about when going away. I have a contract with them whereby I pay a regular fixed monthly amount which is over 5 years and has proved exceptionally useful. The water system is excellent and all houses should have one! No limescale anywhere and pure drinking water all standard!

Lewis the technician turned up within the time given, having phoned to say he was 10 mins away. He was friendly, helpful and professional. He changed the main filter and carried out an annual service with a good knowledge of what he was doing. On finishing he left no rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. We have had the water softener for five years and it does exactly what they claim. No limescale whatsoever in the kettle or on other surfaces and the drinking water is so refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Annual service on our water filter system. Kevin arrived on time within the 2 hour time slot given for the appointment. Friendly and cheerful he explained the results from testing our system (all good), the got straight on with the annual service and checks. Everything was cleaned up and put back as he found it so no additional tasks for us. Details of all the service all set out on our paperwork for reference and easy payment there and then by card. Excellent service as usual from The Pure Water People.

Having booked our visit and a minor repair to a leaking valve, Lewis, the engineer arrived as scheduled and overviewed what he intended to do. He kept us informed throughout his visit, and involved us to ensure our understanding, which we found informative and helpful. He was presentable, organised, and polite throughout his visit. He left having fully serviced, checked and run the system, ensuring the minor repair had been successful. I would not hesitate to recommend the Company and engineer.

I came home to find the original location site gone & new water softener in place in the shed The size he gave us on the survey was very neat & tidy & fit to his specifications. Very happy with the installation of our new Pure Water People water filtration and softening equipment in small London flat. Kevin and Lee worked quickly and efficiently to carry out installation which was tricky as amongst other things and very tight spaces the stop cock was not in kitchen. Somehow they found a way to sort this out without any unsightly boxing/pipework which is great! They were very charming, helpful and tidy. We had already installed water filtration in another property so familiar with the product which is excellent. Having done extensive research on market options we would highly recommend this system which does exactly what it says! Very helpful and efficient company to work with.

We were very impressed right from setting an appointment to have our needs accessed, the actual consultation and the installation. They followed up to ensure the appointments were still convenient and they were punctual each time. Neil was brilliant during the consultation and answered all our questions. Installation was quickly arranged and Lee was super. He arrived on time, his work was impeccable , fully explained the solution and left everything spotless. I was contacted by PWP to arrange for my major service and was given a date, time-window and name of engineer. On the day I was informed of the time to expect Kevin and he arrived on time. Kevin's work was thorough, tidy and clean. Changing all the filters, checking water quality before and after. He kept me informed of what he was doing at all times and left taking all the old filters with him. I have experienced Kevin's work before on previous services and can recommend that his work is of a high standard. From setting up the appointment to completion of the service, I found the experience excellent from the whole team.

We have had the water softener for 14 years and we have always had excellent service by the company The Pure Water People. We have just had the annual service provided by Lewis who checked everything thoroughly and changed all the filters. He gave us very useful information regarding our stop cock that really needs changing. The office staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
