From start to finish, their service and the quality of their workmanship has been excellent. When it came to the installation, Mike their engineer was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment, and got to work with minimal disruption. The installation process itself was carried out with precision and attention to detail, as we had a slightly more complex kitchen tap setup. Once the water softener and drinking water filter were installed, the difference in water quality was immediate. Our once hard water was transformed into soft, silky water and any limescale buildup has been eliminated. As for the drinking water filter, the improvement in taste and purity was immediately noticeable. The water now tastes clean and refreshing, free from any unpleasant odours or aftertaste. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Pure Water People. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality have earned them our trust as satisfied customers.

The service engineer came today to carry out our yearly service on our water softener. He arrived at the time agreed, was very professional and carried out a full and detailed service on our system. Everything was explained fully, I was extremely pleased with the service and I would recommend the company.

Ever since we had the water purification system installed in 2018 we have been very happy with it. Our mains water never tasted good and left the taps and kettle with a reddish tainted lime scale. Now we have palatable water and no lime scale. The system has been regularly maintained by the company who have always turned up at the time agreed, and their engineers have always been friendly, helpful and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Pure Water People to anyone wanting clean reliable drinking water.

We decided to install a water softener for our new build house before even completing the purchase. We used Which Trusted Traders to find a supplier and The Pure Water People was a clear winner as they specialised in these systems. Booking an initial visit was easy, Neil arrived on time, gave a very useful demonstration of the water softening system, assessed the space available for the installation and clearly explained what our options were. We decided to go for the full softening and filtration option with a three way tap to provide drinking water. The installation was booked less than a week later. Mike - the installation engineer was a lovely guy. He took great care with all our new flooring and fittings, installed the system very neatly - using much less of the storage space than we anticipated. He also provided us with some very good tips on local pubs and walks, as we were new to the area and he was a local, and was generally very good company. The system has been in for 3 days now and we can really see, taste and feel the improvement. There is no scum in cups of tea, glasses are sparkling when they come out of the dishwasher and our skin feels softer after washing. We would strongly recommend this company

Kevin from Pure water people did a great job to install water purifier and RO. He was really professional. Kevin explained at each step what he's doing and why. After finishing installation, he explained the system functioning in detail. Moreover, he was happy to discuss any follow up problems by directly calling him.

We have used the Pure Water People for very many years and have always found them to be great. Just installed a new up-to-date system - expertly installed by Lee. The fitting was quick and tidy, no mess or packaging left, and exactly as we needed. Lee explained the system differences to our old one and ensured we were happy before leaving. As to the company, phone calls and emails are always promptly answered and the advice given is always good and accurate, they will not sell you something you don't need, which is very refreshing (bit like the water!). If you want water softener and filter systems you'll be hard-pressed to find a better supplier and better after-sales service. We tried other suppliers but none could match.

Kevin from The Pure Water People came to fit a new box and drain wing on our water softener as the old box which was 16 years old needed replacing. Kevin arrived on time and was polite and efficient, explaining what he was going to do before starting and how long it would take. He kept us updated throughout and ensured we were happy with the work before leaving. A fairly simple job but done well with a smile on his face.

We had been looking to have a softener installed for some time. The whole process with The Pure Water People was smooth from the initial enquiry to installation. The sales appointment was scheduled for a time that was convenient for my wife and I, and Vincenzo went through everything and answered all of our questions. The install date was arranged for a day that we could be at home. The day before installation I was contacted to confirm the time when the engineer will attend. Lee arrived on time and went through the installation process. He answered our questions and installed the system with some minor additional requests on the day. Once everything had been installed he showed us how to use the system, topped up the salt and signed everything off. We have had the system in place for 2 weeks and have definitely seen a difference throughout the house.

The Pure Water People are always a pleasure to deal with. Lewis came to service our filter this year. He is professional, friendly and took the time to give very helpful information to make sure the filter is working for us in the best way possible to suit our needs.

Lewis arrived on time and explained what he would be doing for this year's annual service. He carried out the service in a very thorough and professional manner and advised me that the system was in good working order. We also discussed future servicing and the fact that the system is 17 years old and would probably require some component replacement at the 20-year mark.

Mike arrived and recognised immediately the installation that he had completed 9 years earlier. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the work that he was about to perform and why. The work was carried out as he described and afterward thoroughly tested. Mike also took the time to explain a problem with the kitchen tap (that he had helped with the original installation) and what type of parts were needed to correct the problem. Very helpful.

The softener was fitted in November 2001 and regularly serviced and maintained since then. For the past decade been warned parts becoming less available but no pressure to update. The system recently developed a slight but terminal leak which even Lewis (a regular engineer in recent years) couldn't fix. With his and Charlotte's assistance have chosen a suitable replacement which will be fitted in the New Year. These people have looked after me constantly well for 23 years and their product has done the same!

Lewis came today for an annual service. He is very efficient on his job and very helpful, he also gave us some advice. Very satisfied with the work done by the company in the last 15 years.

We’ve been with Aqua Tech now Pure water for 22 years Our first system was installed in 2003 and lasted to 2025, system needed replacing. So got in touch with Charlotte at pure water to see the options we had and she sent an email to me very detailed with all options open to us. We wanted a Saturday and preferred Mike to install the system and Charlotte made sure this happened. On the day, Mike turned up on time and started straight away taking out the old system which was outside in the garden, he rearranged all the piping for the new system and took out the piping we didn’t need making sure it looked neat and tidy, he then had to cut away the shelf under the sink to install the new system and fixed a metal bar to hold the shelf that was left up, the electric’s he needed for the system was located behind the washing machine and under the cooker which was underneath the plinth a bit of a nightmare really but Mike just got on and done it, he made sure he tided up behind him and left my property looking clean and tidy and took all rubbish with him. I can’t praise him enough for what he did for us that day he went above and beyond and did more than he had to. He is a true professional in his trade and hopefully will have him each time when we need it serviced. The system is up and running and we’ve noticed the difference in our water already. If you need or thinking of getting a water system l would highly recommend this company to install it.

It was a planned (timescale) major service for our water softener, which also included a bit of a reinstall after a kitchen refurbishment we had done a month previously. We had Mike as our engineer, who was also one half of the original installation team. Mike arrived very early in the appointment window. Was well presented, and even his van was sparkling clean. Mike's a very down to earth bloke. He just got on with it really. He knows his job, he knows the kit and he's very tidy and efficient in the way he works. I'm so glad that I tasked The Pure Water People to install our water softener four years ago. Never had a problem. The system has (so far), never failed. If you're looking for a water softener, dont mess about. Get this company in.

I have had my system for eleven years and it has been a boon as I live in a hard water area. Lewes arrived at the appointed time for my system’s annual service. The price is always communicated beforehand so I know what to expect. Lewes is very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. He explained exactly what he was doing if I asked him and gave me a couple of examples of things that I should keep an eye on. Very thorough throughout.

We had our old Aquatec Rainsoft unit for 28 years and were advised that eventually the clock mechanism would fail, and there are no replacement parts available anymore. The clock has finally failed, so this resulted in us getting the new unit today with Pure Water People. The installation couldn't have gone more smoothly with a lovely gent called Steve doing the installation. He noticed we could do with a new box too, so we added that to the list of changes. We chose a water-based unit rather than an electric one. It took half a day to install and is very easy to look after compared to our old unit. Steve was very knowledgeable and informative, and answered all our questions.
