Once again The Pure Water People rang us to arrange our service I cannot fault them on their customer service. Lewis was quick tidy and professional alway happy to give help tips and advice with our system. We have had ours now 9 years and I would be happy to recommend to anyone who is think about having a system put in. Makes a massive difference to our family's skin which is just one of any benefits.

We have had our water filters with this company for 14 years- every year the service is arranged and proves excellent. This year Lewes arrived, explained what he’d be doing and attended to all the different tasks with a pleasant, polite, helpful manner. The job was done promptly- advice given about getting salt topped up - all questions answered- and everything left in good order till the next visit. We are very satisfied.

The installer (Steve) came on time at 0830hrs. He was polite and friendly. The work was carried out with the minimum of mess or disruption and the final installation was neat and tidy. I am happy with the results of the softened water as there are no more limescale deposits on the shower enclosure or on and around the wash hand basins and sinks. There is obviously less soap or detergent used but this is difficult to quantify.

AJ arrived at the time agreed and removed our old water treatment system and replaced with a new upgraded one. AJ described what and how he was doing as he did it and explained the new system and its operation. He cleaned up brilliantly after his work and filled the salt hopper for us. We’ve used The pure water people/Aquatec for nearly 17 years and they have always been helpful and reliable. Thanks also to Kelly in the office for arranging it all.

We've had our water filter system for 10 years and it's made a massive difference to the quality of our water and reduced the need for cleaning products. Our water is so much softer and there's no limescale in the kettle or on the shower head. Servicing is done once a year to maintain the system. Lewis did a very efficient job yesterday. I would thoroughly recommend Pure Water People.

The water treatment work is brilliant but not what you want on the front of the house. Mike walked through the options on where and how it could be sited. It needed new internal pipes, hidden behind existing ones. New underground pipes, additional resources, time and people all provided without complaint. Mike's sole aim was to ensure we were happy with the installation and the standard of workmanship. We are. The attention to detail assured us that we had a quality product well installed. No hesitation in recommending the product and the workforce.

I have been using an Aquatec Water Conditioner unit since about 2006 and the product is exemplary with it's pure drinking water and consistency. The same goes for the tradesmen. They remember your name and give advice that's right for your set-up. They are so pleasant and thorough and totally trustworthy. So trustworthy, in fact, I shall be calling on them again. When I move from Bristol to Tohnes for a re-install.
