Felt a bit bad, as although water was turned off at the stopcock, water was gushing for some reason, and engineer got a bit wet. But it was all rectified and job completed superbly.

The Aquatec engineer did the annual servicing of our Aquatec filter. He was most punctual, engaging me throughout his working on the filter. I have busy hours as a Pharmacist and I appreciate the fact that Aquatec had to chase me (in numerous telephone calls and e-mail) to set up todays appointment. We've had nothing but excellent service, as well as aftercare customer service since we've installed the filter!

We had the Aquatec System installed about 7 years ago. The only maintenance we have needed is the once per year servicing. The system works extremely well, very satisfied and customer service is excellent.

The water softeners supplied by Aquatec are just brilliant. We have had one for 6 years now and all our machines are better for it. Kettle looks like it did on the day I bought it. We use less detergent (one bottle of washing-liquid lasts an exceedingly long time), dishwasher needs no salt and cleaning with it means no water marks left behind. Grease also breaks down better - even had bubbles left in your washing bowl after washing up from Sunday Lunch? You do with this - great for hard water areas.
