We have an Aquatec water filtration system and the engineer arrived at the scheduled time to carry out a full service and filter change. The work was carried out very professionally and the engineer informed us of things we should do to maintain the system. Workmanship second to none and very tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this trader.

Routine service. No issues, except "slight" indication metallic taint. Thorough checks. Demonstration of sludgy salt effect at bottom of salt bin-turned over salt to disperse useful suggestion to empty & refill the drinking tank. Water tasted fine. Good impression of competence.

The water pressure in the kitchen was weak! After servicing the filters the plumber took time to search out the problem and did not give up until he had found it. He was helpful, amazingly so friendly and I would recommend him to anyone. The plumber to beat all plumbers.

It is very difficult to rate quality and service it was a yearly fitter change which I feel at 180.00 it isn't good value but has to be done by Aquatec or they invalided the guarantee. Quality I presume of fitters are of good quality. Lewis who did the service was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely polite. I would recommend this service.

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your 5 star reviews, and for recommending our service. with regards to your warranty, we supply you with a bespoke advanced water treatment system that could well be adapted to your specific needs for your home or health, we have highly qualified engineers (not plumbers) that are trained to technical levels to understand water purification, your filters are unique to the brand as is the service, a standard service engineer or plumber would not be able to look after your equipment and check that it is performing to the levels that you have invested in. in the changing face of industry and business we have not changed our servicing prices for many years, however the greater part of the cost of your service is now levied against increased fuel costs, plastics, manpower etc and we do try to ensure that value for money is balanced alongside of this. we appreciate your business and will continue to offer the best servicing prices that we can. kind regards, Cathy.

Arrived at 9 am. distanced himself as the company informed us. The agent called Lewis wore his mask throughout his visit minimal contact with myself then carried out all that was required changed filters and disposed of the old ones. worked clean and tidy and the system is working very well. Very happy well pleased.

Lewis from Aquatec came yesterday to do my annual service and to install a new tap. We were very pleased to see him especially in the circumstances (The Coronavirus pandemic). He was very informative and efficient and told us things and explained in great detail why we have to do this or that which we appreciated very much. He stuck to all the rules which his company stipulated to keep him and us safe in this dangerous time. Like the AA man Lewis is a very nice man all round.

Installation of gold system

All aspects of the purchase and installation were dealt with very efficiently and professionally. Our installer Mike was excellent and could not be faulted. He discussed every aspect of the installation with us before he carried out the work and made sure that all the equipment was installed in places that were most convenient to us. We were particularly impressed at how he was able to install the outside unit in a very awkward space and make a bespoke box to protect it. He also made sure that we retained as much space as possible under the sink. His work was to an extremely high standard and he left everything very clean. He also explained everything very clearly. I would certainly recommend this company.

We had a new system installed in Nov 2019 and the fitters arrived on time and explained the process and work to be undertaken before cracking on and completing the install and tidying up after. They succeeded in fitting the unit in our small porch which suited us much better than outside. We noticed some weeks afterwards a leak at the main stopcock which caused no damage but a wet floor under the cupboards. After contacting the company on the out of hours number a fitter/engineer rang us back gave us advice over the phone which temporally stopped the leak. The fitter arrived the next day in the morning and completed a full repair. I have contacted the company several times and on every occasion i was treated as though I mattered and nothing was too much trouble. I was rung recently by customer care dept. asking about our install and our aftercare and was there anything we needed. This is the first time i have ever been contacted by a company after 6 months to make sure everything was okay (which it was). I would recommend the Pure Water System and give the company full marks for their customer care.

The Pure Water People are excellent to deal with in every way - efficient, friendly, helpful and technically superb. All the people I dealt with went out of their way to be as helpful as possible and I would like to mention Kev, the engineer, who found a way to re-fit my system which had been left in a poor state by the people who installed my new kitchen. Also Kelly in the office, who is a pleasure to deal with. Overall they are a great company to work with.

The 13th annual service on my water treatment equipment was carried out by Mike today. The filter replacements and water checks were completed without any problems. Mike was very professional in his approach to the work and specifically the measures he took regarding my safety and his safety due to COVID 19. He also advised me that I should cover my treatment equipment box lid with roofing felt in order to prolong it's life. A very sound and sensible suggestion.
