Lewis came out today and told me exactly what is going on with the system replaced all filters did all the system checks all over and done with in 45 mins I have always expected good service from this company and I get it.

The whole experience with Pure Water has been very positive and highly recommend them. Kevin was very professional and very helpful clarifying all the steps of what he was doing for the service contracted. Very happy with the whole experience indeed.

The engineer kevin arrived in good time. Explained what he was going to do. Tested the mains water from the purification system which was ok. he then changed the drinking water filters. When complete checked the system was ok. Also checked for leaks before leaving. The place was left clean and tidy. A good job done

The team (Lewis and Nihkz) arrived on time and were very polite and knowledgeable. Lewis has been to me a number of times and has always been helpful and efficient. No messing, got down to the job straight away and checked all the processes, checked the condition of the water flow and softness of both hot and cold water. Regeneration was also checked. Very pleased with their work, they even refilled my salt container for me and took away the bag. The cost has gone up over the years but its about what one would expect. Thanks boys’ good job.

Lewis and a trainee called Rikki serviced our water filter system today. They were efficient and polite, explaining everything that they were doing. Lewis answered my queries and they left everything clean and tidy.

Delivered everything they said they would. Great service. Friendly engineer (Kevin) who explained everything he did and why. Explained about the aftercare etc. Kevin even called once he had returned home just to check if everything was okay with the system! I have left the review a while just so I could explain the benefits. The water is giving us extra bubbles from soap and both my wife and I feel our skin is softer but more importantly there is no limescale on our taps or in our kettle.

I have now had a whole house water purification system by Aquatec for over a year, excellent results and would not not live without it now. The filters were due to be replaced and this was done today. Excellent service in reminding me of this and setting up a date convenient to me for this change to be done. Kevin who installed the filters today was marvelous, showing me in great detail what needed to be done in case I decided to attempt this myself in the future. Friendly and efficient are just tow words I chose to describe Kevin, what an asset to Aquatec. He reset the system tested the water shook hands and went on to his next job --well done Aquatec!!

They have regularly serviced our water softener since it was installed in 2012. They always phone to remind us that a service is due and once a time is agreed they keep the appointment. They carry out the service professionally, explain what they are doing and answer any questions. There is no fuss and they do not create any mess. The one time there was a problem after they left it was quickly resolved by phoning their office. This time the service could not be faulted.

We had the Aquatec Whole House Purification System installed in January 2014. We live in the Chilterns a very high rated hard water area. Kettles, cysterns, taps everything was caked in limescale. The choice was one of the best decisions, the installation was impecable, the two engineers were professional, polite, considerate and helpful. The impact on our house has been palpable kettles last a long time, sinks and taps no longer encrusted with limescale, toilets and cysterns easy to maintain, we do not buy bottled water since the installation. Annually we have the system serviced, the engineers are all of the same professional, polite efficient standard, punctual courteous. Happy to share what they are doing and why. I would highly recommend this product and the service.

All aspects of the purchase and installation were dealt with very efficiently and professionally. Our installer Mike was excellent and could not be faulted. He discussed every aspect of the installation with us before he carried out the work and made sure that all the equipment was installed in places that were most convenient to us. We were particularly impressed at how he was able to install the outside unit in a very awkward space and make a bespoke box to protect it. He also made sure that we retained as much space as possible under the sink. His work was to an extremely high standard and he left everything very clean. He also explained everything very clearly. I would certainly recommend this company.

Lewis, the engineer, came to service our unit which we have had since 2012. He was quick, careful and efficient. He explained his procedure and gave us tips on how best to use the equipment. He left the place tidy when he finished. We were very happy with the service we received.

Lewis carried out filter changes and a thorough test of the system and flow rates throughout the house. The works were quickly and efficiently carried out, he was very informative and gave advice on frost protection.

One of the pipes was replaced and made sure the valve was working. Lewis was very thorough, and explained what he was doing as he did it and checked the water afterwards to make sure there were no leaks. It was all done on the date scheduled by Lewis who was very friendly and helpful.
