The Pure Water People

Mike carried out our annual review today. All done very professionally with respect for social distancing in these difficult times. He explained every step he had taken to ensure that our water quality is as high as it can possibly be. The water, from the day the purification system was installed is excellently drinkable. It's hard to imagine how we managed before we took the plunge with Aquatec. But we did and have no regrets.

In 2005 I had a water purification system fitted by Aquatec. Over the subsequent years it was run and maintained satisfactorily. When I moved in 2020 I arranged for a new system to be installed in my apartment. This was carried out in a most professional way, following detailed discussion on what system was required, and what could be fitted in the available space. I was impressed with the way Carl undertook the whole operation. In March 2021 I found it necessary to request for a Technician to have a look at a small anomaly, water escaping from the drum and a build up of salt deposit. Mike turned up and explained why this was happening and how he would balance the system to prevent it occurring again by reducing the water level. To my benefit, lowering the water level also enabled me to reduce the amount of salt that I was putting in the drum. Mike was polite with a friendly nature, and I was impressed with his professionalism.

Having had our water softener for exactly three years, it was due for its annual service. Lewis arrived and immediately set to work giving the unit a very thorough service whilst at the same time explaining not only what he was doing and why. He also gave us some useful tips on how to get better use from our unit, he was very friendly and informative. All this was done whilst following the social distancing guidelines. As previously mentioned, we have had the water softener for three years, during this time we have found a great reduction in the amount of shampoo, soap powder, and cleaning materials etc... that we use. Also benefiting from having no scale produced in our kettle, washing machine etc...

The fitter arrived on time, was polite and worked steadily throughout the two hours he was here. He explained the new softener and left the area very clean and tidy.

The person who came to service our water system was very efficient and polite. He explained what he had done and confirmed everything was alright.

Planned beforehand for a convenient time, accurate time of arrival fine. Efficient check all round the actual equipment, all taps in the house and garden, electric plug point. Salt topped up, which was a great help, saving me a heavy lift. Could not have asked for anything more. Well pleased.

Lewis was, as always, punctual, friendly and courteous and, so far as I can judge, very competent. The water softener was serviced and all filters changed as necessary according to schedule. Tests were completed and guidance given for checking a new filter and maintaining water quality.

Service engineer - Lewis - carried out our annual service today. Very professional, thorough and really helpful in advising everything we need to do to keep our water filtration system in good working order.

Kevin called and diagnosed the problem and explained how a replacement system could be installed. He returned to install a new system including the Premium Drinking Water system, plus the installation of a new tap which was far superior to the one we had, at a considerably reduced price. He could not have been more efficient or helpful and left his details for me to contact him for any problems or questions I had. There have been no problems since the installation which by its efficiency should result in less running costs. I would recommend Kevin and the Pure Water People without question.

Booked time was between 10 and 12 and Kevin arrived at about 10.10. He introduced himself and explained what work he was going to carry out. He carried out his tasks efficiently showing me any points he thought should be brought to my attention. Excellent work.

A few days before the agreed service date I was phoned to confirm the appointment date and time, as well as the name of the service engineer. Lewis turned up on time and despite no answer to his knocking at the front door came to find me in the garden office. Lewis asked how the filtration system and water softener was working, which was perfect. Lewis got straight to work changing the filters for the drinking water. He then calibrated the the salt levels against the water consumption and fine tuned it. He cleaned out the salt tank which had become compacted and fresh tablet salt added advising me to top the levels up within the next couple of weeks. The whole process was about an hour. Lewis was informative, tidy and thorough in his work. I look forward to seeing Lewis or any of The Pure Water People engineers next year.

Arrived as scheduled with all necessary equipment. Knew what had to be done and had the skills required. Took pains to do the work well and cleared up on completion. Operator was polite and helpful and explained the new equipment operations and servicing needs clearly. Name Kevin.

Annual Service which included replacement filters and checking quality of our water. All undertaken in a friendly and professional manner.

The check was carried out very efficiently by engineer "Elliot" with no complications and the salt was topped up.

Mike came to service our water softener and change the water filter. We also needed a new tri-flow tap and Mike was also doing this for us. Very happy with all the work completed, full explanations given to suit my very limited knowledge including when the work became a bit more complex than it should have been due to the state of our sink and tap! The tap is now new and sparkling and no longer leaking. Mike was helpful and friendly.

We had our annual service and filter change of our drinking water and boiling tap systems yesterday. Kevin was very efficient, he phoned me 10mins before arrival to make sure it was a convenient time for me. He was able to do the filter changes, softness check and paperwork in under an hour. Kevin is a knowledgeable person who is always very friendly and happy to explain how the water systems work.

The water softener unit was maintained by engineer Lewis. All filters were replaced and the system was thoroughly checked. The drinking water was tested and found to be ok. The water pressure was tested to ensure it was correct. This schedule and cost was all done as agreed with Pure Water. Everything that was carried out was explained thoroughly by Lewis who was most helpful and efficient.

Initial consultation was helpful and gave sensible options to meet our needs. Fitter, Kevin appeared on time and carried out the installation in meticulous manner in spite of having some space issues to contend with. He was clean, professional and never complained once! System itself is neat and provides the soft water we need. An excellent all round experience.

The annual service for the water softener was brought forward by three weeks, which I was very pleased about. Kevin arrived at the scheduled time and did a thorough job of checking water purity and then he installed the new carbon filtration unit (sorry, cannot remember its proper name) and ensured that everything was working as it should be and made any adjustments that were needed. I found him to be a very cheerful and friendly and he answered all my questions with patience and made sure that I was happy with the servicing of the equipment. Thank you Kevin for such lovely and professional service.

It was a pleasure to have Kevin in our house while he installed this first class system with no fuss and no mess.
