Cannot rate this company highly enough. It is by far the best decision we made to install our purification system, It has made such a difference to our lives. Kelly is always there for advice and is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve always been impressed by their team and anyone who has come to service the system and recently Kevin came to disconnect us as we are moving and taking it with us(!) Kevin was really helpful and on time, and has given us great advice. Thanks to everyone and I am already looking forward to having our water system set up in our new home (who knew I would miss our lovely pure water as much as we do!)

The engineer (Lewes) was on time, courteous and very thorough in servicing our water conditioner system. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

It is the second time Kevin has now paid us a visit to carry out service and maintenance on our water filter. he has always conducted himself in a pleasant, polite and respectful manner, always working fast and with no fuss maintaining the highest standards. Being a bit nosey and forever asking questions, I appreciate the time Kevin takes to explain what he is doing and why he needs to do it. Even the main office has always been polite and respectful when we have spoken with them. With company ambassadors such as Kevin visiting the experience with them is second to none. I have had a Aquatec system for 25 year, and just had a new one installed which is a lot smaller and will be more efficient to run. I have had good service over the years and the engineers are great especially Kevin. (Thanks Kevin).

The time had come to replace the original tap we had fitted when out filtration system was installed. The staff at the office were very helpful in sending us out the options to choose from and, when Mike the engineer came to fit the tap, he bought different models with him so that we could see the choices insitu. Once chosen he then carefully fitted it and did an excellent job, very clean and tidy and respected Covid measures throughout. A great job.

We have been custoers of Pure Water (formerly AQATec) for ten years now. Each year we are contacted by phone to arrange a convenient date for the annual service which always happens on schedule and without issues. This year Lewis carried out a larger service, including replacing a Chemical Filter vessel outside. The price was exactly as we had expected and the work was done pleasantly and efficiently. Our experience has been good throughout, water is soft and we have no furring of kettles, limscale, etc.

I couldn't find a local plumber, so called PWP as they installed and have serviced our water system for years. They were very helpful and were quick to arrange a visit to do the work. Keith arrived as scheduled and had brought two alternative taps as he had doubts about the clearance for the one I had chosen. All fitted and cleaned up afterwards. job well done.

Pure Water contacted us 2 months before the annual service plus filter change on our water softening system was due to arrange a suitable time. They called one week before to confirm the date was still good and give a time slot to expect the engineer. He arrived on time, completed the service very quickly and efficiently and also topped up the salt (above and beyond the normal service). Everyone at Pure Water is so friendly, helpful and efficient that it is a pleasure to do business with the Company . They also gave a 10% discount.

Had my annual service done by engineer Kevin very informative about what had to be done & adjustments that were needed no complaints

1.the date selected was agreed several weeks in advance and the price confirmed . 2.Mike had been before and was on time and he completed the service speedily replacing a few items. 3. The system works very well

Kevin arrived on time and started the maintenance programme straight away. He explained the processes he was carrying out and in addition he rectified a water pressure problem. Eventhough it was below freezing he worked outside on the filters without complaint. A thoroughly efficient annual service.

Kevin installed our chiller to get the most out of our new pure water system. Kevin was efficient and friendly, the install was mess free and the water is amazing!

once again it was a pleasure to have kevin back (by request) for the annual service on our water system . Despite the bitter cold weather kev gave a full service with his usual polite and helpful attitude . To help with the cold kevin put extra lagging on our pipes to keep everything flowing as it should .A good honest and decent workman and again i shall be requesting kev next year.

Prompt efficient service. A telephone call was received in advance to narrow down the time slot. The work areas were left in a tidy state and the engineer (Lewis) provided an update and a rationale on work completed. We have used this company for nine years and remain satisfied with the product and servicing.

Kevin phoned ahead and asked if his arrival time was suitable. He arrived with a smile and very courteous greeting. He was kind and pleasant throughout the time he was with me and accomplished the job swiftly and thoroughly.

The Pure Water People installed our home water filtration system in 2013 and the service both then and since has been excellent. Friendly calls to book in service visits, but no problem if you’d rather change the normal filters yourself. Highly knowledgeable service engineers who are always a pleasure to speak to and are quick, efficient and tidy. I would highly recommend them and would not be without our system - I really notice how hard other people’s water is these days, whereas ours does not dry out our skin, tastes better and durant leave limescale everywhere!

Kevin arrived on time, he repaired my water containment box with new panels and lid and put more insulation in, he was pleasant to talk to and explained what he had done, the area was cleaned of any debris, i would highly recommend the company as they are very helpful when you call and always pleasant as was Kevin as this was not his first visit so he is becoming part of my family ha! Ha! And it looks like he may be back again to rectify another problem that he noticed so he took photos to inform the office great job Kevin keep up the good work

We’ve been using this company since we had the water treatment system installed a few years ago (they installed it too). Communication with their office is simple and they are always prompt and courteous with their replies, either by email or phone call. We were given a time slot but due to delays with the previous customer, the engineer was running a bit late. We were phoned and kept up to speed with the timing. The engineer, who we’ve had before, was excellent. He talked me through the work and was thorough and professional, as he and all their engineers have been. This is an excellent company to use and apart from their excellent service, the kit we had installed a few years ago has transformed the water in the house. It is beautifully soft and saves us on all manner of cleaning and washing products. Plus, the filtered water tastes like nothing else. No more bottled water for us. It tastes delicious through the Soda Stream too. Highly recommended company, coming from a very satisfied customer of several years.
