Lewis, the engineer arrived promptly within the arranged time schedule and carried out all the necessary checks, changed the filters and changed one of the tanks which was covered by warranty. Lewis was very helpful and kept me informed of all stages of the work. All was done promptly and at the price agreed when the appointment was made.

Our water softener was recently installed by Mike. I would like to thank Mike for a great service that he provided. The installation was done very professionally. Mike arrived on time, explained every step of the installation process, completed the job to a high standard and even helped to re-arrange things which had to be moved out of the cupboard to accommodate the water softener under the sink. At the end of the installation everything was clean. Mike explained how to look after our new water softener, explanations were easy to understand and very helpful. Great job! Thank you Mike.

From the time Kelly phoned us to make the appointment, we have been kept up to date all the way. Initially we were told the type of service, the total cost, and what happens on the day. On the day Lewes arrived at appointed time and calmly professionally carried out the maintenance service, all the time keeping us up to date on what he was doing. We had additional questions, and he solved them, and we were grateful. Job was done, all cleaned up, paid for, and we were satisfied. We have only had good views on this company, and would recommend them to anyone

Prompt Service, clean and tidy, Lewis the engineer explained everything that he did. Tested the whole house then replaced all the usual filters. Happy to see him again next year Oct 2024.

The task was carried out by KEVIN who initially said it should take about 2 hours. He ran into various problems as the brief he had been given did not fit the actual task. The work took over 6 hours but was carried out exceptionally well, keeping us informed on all work being undertaken as it progressed. There were problems with the system enclosure due to sloping concrete, the electrical part of the system which required a socket and unfortunately there was a drain in the way. Kevin was really good at sorting each problem as it occurred, having an excellent trade knowledge and the finished job is very good. We can only say a really big thank you to him for taking the time to sort the problems out in such a professional manner.

Our filter system was removed in order to replace the patio on which it stood. The filters subsequent replacement and installation of a new housing was completed by Kevin. He overcame a couple of obstacles with a smile and a high level of skill. A very competent member of staff and a credit to The Pure Water People. We look forward to the luxury of soft water again, as well as no longer having the chemical smell that Fluoride gives to the very hard water which clogs pipes and kettles etc. Thank you very much Kevin.

Lee, a Pure Water People engineer, came today to do annual check up and service of our Pure Water System. He was friendly, efficient, clean and gave clear instructions. He represents well a good and impressive pure water company delivering a great service..

It was a pleasure to welcome engineer Mike back on site. He was punctual, polite and friendly, and as pleasant to deal with as ever. He serviced my unit and replaced a small leaking split tap (after 13 years use!) on one of the cylinders. His work was professional and thorough as always and his general advice on the care and maintenance system, which continues to work well, was greatly appreciated. A great product and an engineer who is a credit to his employers.

Mike from The Pure Water People attended today to install a pure water filtration system and water softener. Communication with the company was excellent. They conducted a demonstration and site survey. Arrived promptly on the day and completed quality work with little disturbance so I was able to continue working during the installation. Mike explained the system well and provided details on who and how to contact the company of I experienced any issues. I would recommend this company as there is no ‘hard sell’.

Annual changing of filters carried out by Lewes with the usual efficiency. Did the regular check and gave advice where needed. Also excellent service from Kelly, Charlotte and Mary in the office who look after appointments and also provided great advice re salt.

Mike was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to give me the information I requested. He tidied up after and was considerate throughout.

Our water system needed to be replaced having had the old one for 25 years! The service that we have had has always been excellent so we had no hesitation to have a new system installed. Kevin arrived on time. He was polite and very tidy. He explained what the job entailed and suggested best positioning of the new system. We were kept well informed throughout the installation. Our stop tap was very difficult to close and he resolved this problem for us. Thank you

After 20 years use it was time to replace/upgrade our water treatment system. We contacted The Pure Water People to get the balling rolling, yesterday Mike turned up bright and breezy at the stated time. He was professional and very helpful as he got on with the job until completion. The system in Mike went onto go into detailing the differences and went through the instructions on what we needed to do after he had left, which was clear and helpful. Would I recommend, yes would I ask for Mike...definitely!! Thanks again Team!!

Very good and fast installation. We had to lose some cupboard shelving to make room for the equipment but Lee helped us out and created some new shelves. In the end we went through everything we needed to know and he answered all our questions perfectly. Totally recommend their service

Our water filter system is 15 years old and has been expertly maintained by the Pure Water people. Lewis carried out the annual service to the system today with his usual efficiency and attention to detail. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. All the staff we have had dealings with at PWP are polite, friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend them.

Brought my annual water softener service forward due to unwanted mice chewing through a cable. Kelly in the office super helpful with the booking and quote. Visit and time confirmed working day before the appointment. Kevin the engineer arrived on time, very courteous explained exactly what he was going to do, checked throughout the visit that I was happy with the work. Very neat and tidy. Cost was as per estimate.

The PWP has been excellent in every way. Our Old water softener system was starting to need replacement after 20years of service. We started to look into it in October 23 and finally decided to go ahead in November. After contacting the Pure Water People, we got a quote and a date for installation for very early January 2024. Soon after the Agreement was done, my Old house Boiler was condemned, which means we had to postpone the installation of the Water Soft System until after the New boiler was in. The boiler installation took longer then expected, however PWP was very considerate, and was prepared to make all necessary adjustments to facilitate the new water soft system installation. The day came and Kevin, the engineer was appointed to do it. Kevin was very professional, Informative and very good in every way, very polite, and the work he did was that of First Class. Thank you Kevin. I also need to mention Kelly at the PWP office who was always very polite and patient with all the logistics. Thank you Kelly. I am very happy with the system and the price was a good deal. Thank you PWP.

Thoroughly deserves its Which recommended status. Fitting the filter to our system had more than its share of challenges - but the team coped amazingly (Mike and Nigel). Since it has been fitted over 2 years ago we've had great aftercare from the company, but the system has functioned essentially faultlessly. Our water now tastes better than any tap water we've ever tasted - and that's not counting the good it must be doing us not having all those nasty bits of plastic going through our bodies. As for the lack of limescale all over our house now it's been installed...wow!

Kevin the engineer from Pure Water People installed our Water softener system last year and carry out our first yearly service. He was professional and patient. We wanted to upgrade our drinking water system and he explained in depth of a few options. We chose Kinetico K5 and engineer Lee came to install the system. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He explained the whole installation in details. He carried out the whole installation neatly and left no mess at all. He checked the system thoroughly before he leaves. We would highly recommend Pure Water People for their top notch service. Their after sale team is impeccable too.

I’ve had a home water softener system from Pure Water People for over 12 years and they have always been very efficient in annual reminders for services and supplying salt. I decided to upgrade the system this year to the latest version and Kevin came to do this on 15 August. He did an excellent and very tidy installation job and removed the old system. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service.

Mike fitted a new water softening unit removing the old one, making a new box to house it and putting Cotswold stones around the edge. He was very pleasant and explained well what he was doing and how I am to use it. Work completed and all old material removed and taken in less than four hours.
