I have had the system in for 20 years always been prompt, careful, clean and tidy when doing a service. The system has been serving us well, although as the engineers have said that parts for the mechanical clocks are becoming harder to get. This company get my thumbs up

Kevin was tidy and clearly highly qualified - very nice man, very welcoming. Neil came to visit us and after a professional presentation I could not wait to get our water treated. So far so good, water feels and tastes fabulous. We are optimistic!!

Serviced the Wale system, yes was done to agreed schedule and agreed price. Job was carried out well by a very cheerful man who introduced himself and explained all he did and why he did it. Gave us advice on amount of salt to put in and where.

The engineer was very professional, changed my water filter, made sure all the parts worked, checked the salt tank, cleaned it out, and if I had an extra bag of salt he would have put it in for me. Very pleased with the work.
