The engineer arrived at 8.50am for 9.00am and waited until 9.00am before ringing the bell. We talked about the softener system and took on board my queries and rectified the fault. Did the service while I got on with my work. It was nice to see that the engineer was the same person who has serviced my system for 16 years.

We feel the salesperson should have been more open with us as to how much equipment was needed under my sink, rendering the cupboard almost useless for storage. Engineer found an excellent solution, rang company who agreed, saving the situation. Engineer Liam was 5 star.

We booked a full maintenance with Liam and got the best servicing and maintenance. He explained everything in detail, answered all our questions with patience and ensured we were happy with everything at each step.
