The engineer came to service and maintain a water softener/purifier that the company had installed 3 years ago. He thoroughly checked out the system that I had to move during kitchen refurbishment. He explained what he was doing & answered my questions. The charge was £150 & he was present for about an hour.

A team of two fitted a Silver Pure Water system. It was done faster than schedule and to budget. Good, polite, efficient team, explained what they were doing and consulted me immediately about any problems or difficulties. Nothing went wrong. The site was left neat and clean.

Liam arrive & worked so hard to install our new system. He worked efficiently was polite & considerate. He explained all he was doing, worked sensitively (I was writing reports) and made reasonable requests. Highly recommend his workmanship.

We had the Aquatec System installed about 7 years ago. The only maintenance we have needed is the once per year servicing. The system works extremely well, very satisfied and customer service is excellent.

Rang to report error fault . Girl in office very helpful - quoted price straight away and engineer came next day. No hidden extras. Our unit is ten years old now and we have very rarely had any problems with it. We love having soft water so much that we even brought it with us when we moved house 5 years ago! The engineers are always prompt, helpful and knowledgeable.

We new what we were buying already having had an Aquatec system in our previous house. They worked very well to find a location that worked for us. The installer worked tirelessly, late into the evening to achieve exactly what we wanted. We were very impressed by the commitment to customer service.
