Aquatec came to service my water softener & drinking water system which they installed 4 years ago. The gentleman who came was prompt, courteous and explained all about the system that I had previously installed. Very helpful & clean & tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend the company.

I cannot recommend Aquatec highly enough. Every single engineer we've had to the house has been prompt, polite, friendly, great at explaining/communicating, honest, tidy and very efficient. They've been so helpful in teaching me to understand how the system works, how I should look after it, and also I know they will always talk things through carefully and clearly over the phone if need be.

The engineer was running late, but I was telephoned by the office to let me know that this was the case. The engineer was very friendly and efficient. It was only a filter change that we were having done. Have now had the drinking water system for a few years and are generally very happy with it, although it is expensive.

Hi Hayley thanks for your review, were glad to hear that you are enjoying your drinking water - just treating drinking water alone is a slightly more expensive option as the filters need changing more regularly, it is good however to have the peace of mind that you are drinking water with such a high purity (99%) when your filters are changed and that you are enjoying all of its healthy benefits. thanks.
