Installer Mike went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Even put in a shelf in my airing cupboard and under the sink as he had to use most of the space for the installation. Moved the stopcock at no extra charge. Left the place really tidy, I am really pleased.

Arrived on time and started immediately after explaining the work involved. The work was carried out to a very professional standard and the engineer left the work area as clean and tidy as he had found it. The engineer also supplied and fitted a new outside tap.

Ordered a new water treatment system after our old one was declared u/s. Engineer came and fitted new, even though connectors were different and machine size smaller. He was here from 1.30pm until about 7.15pm - using torch light when it got dark to ensure system in working order before he left. Unit is outside and it was a cold wet day. Very polite man.

Liam was enthusiastic, hard working, able to solve problems without fuss, polite, tidy gave regular updates on progress/issues, ran through system, benefits, maintenance on completion. Only gripe, did not clean sink/draining area on completion, bit of a mess. Returned the next day with salt which should have been supplied on day of install but was not informed. Removed old unit and packaging/off cuts on completion. Great guy, great job.

Will recommend your company, cleaned out filter and area of salt, replaced salt. Very nice chap easy to talk to and I asked questions he gave advice on monthly payments to cut large bill down. Tested water so very pleased with service I received today. Impressed he took shoes off to not walk on my carpet, not many trade people do that. Thank you

The Aquatec engineer did the annual servicing of our Aquatec filter. He was most punctual, engaging me throughout his working on the filter. I have busy hours as a Pharmacist and I appreciate the fact that Aquatec had to chase me (in numerous telephone calls and e-mail) to set up todays appointment. We've had nothing but excellent service, as well as aftercare customer service since we've installed the filter!
