As agreed, the service engineer Ian called very punctual today to service and change filters on my system. Charming, personable and professional representative of his company. Completed the service quickly leaving no mess having cleared up behind himself. Very friendly. Have no hesitation in recommending the company and its staff.

Lewes arrived to service my water softener by appointment. This is the second year he has undertaken this task so knew me and my system. He carried out the tasks that needed to be done, tested the water all over the house and garden, made a few adjustments, explained what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. If a water softener is to be installed I would recommend the service that this company offers.

The Pure Water People proved again how customer focused they are. Kerry is polite and books the appointment well in advnace as is flexible. Kevin was the service engineer and was great. Gave advice on the state of the system and how to get the best of the service recalibrated the water system to allow for the change in our water hardness cleaned up and was polite. AND more important we could notice the improvements after the service.

Kevin serviced our appliance this morning. Speedy, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Left no mess and took old parts away.

Had a guy called Kevin come to my house today 14th December 2022 to change our water filters. He arrived on time and was a credit to his company, he was very friendly and changed filters in good time and left everything clean and tidy. I have to say the pure water company have been coming to me for several years and have always been very professional and Kevin was excellent.

We have been a customer for about 25 years and had our system replaced 2 years ago. Lewis did our annual service yesterday and was extremely efficient and professional, explained all that was being done and how best to optimise the system. Cannot fault the service.

The soft water system was due for its annual service. Kevin arrived within the agreed time frame and presented as an efficient and friendly worker. The service was carried out with relevant explanations and he left immediately the work had been completed.

Nice to get someone who still remembers you after a year or more. Mike was on time and took the time to explain to me how the system works as I had concerns that it was using too much electricity. Mike changed the time of the flushing as requested and was helpful to help me remember how to operate the board. As we have had that water purifier for 23 years (which is quite a long time), I was offered to change it for a new one (he recommended the smallest one as we are only 2) for a good price but agreed that it could be done once that present one failed. He apologised for the raised price (but then what doesn't these days) and left instructions of what I would need to order should we decided to get a new one.

Kevin arrived promptly. Everything was explained in detail. All the items removed were stored in the garage neatly. Everywhere was left safely and clean and today both inside and out. Details were passed on to ensure that whenever and by whoever the system is replaced it is clear what is to be done.

Kevin came to replace pressure valve. The original had been installed close to the side of my box. With the very cold weather it developed a constant drip. Ian visited and removed the valve and carried out a bypass until Kevin arrived today with the new valve. Double checked pressure. When unit installed this was 3.5, had increased to 7 bar. Kevin has carried out the repair and reset. All running fine.

My purification system was due a service. On the day Lewis rang to let me know he would be delayed due to an accident on the M4 and gave a new ETA. On arrival he explained what he would be doing, carried out all the work and left everything tidy. Payment was simple using the card machine. He pointed out that I could pay monthly by contacting the office. A job well done!

Arrangements were very easy and the office staff polite and accommodating to my requirements. Service engineer (Lewis) phoned giving advanced warning of arrival and really liked the continuity of having the same service engineer.

Mike arrived on time for the annual check of our water softening system and to replace a number of filters. He was extremely helpful and patient in explaining and showing me the step by step process for replacing the filters to enable me to undertake this job in alternate years in future. Mike is a very professional and personable chap.

We had our water purification system fitted today by Kevin. Kevin is a very professional tradesman. He arrived in a very timely manner, was very informative at every stage of the fitting, very polite, very considerate of our home and a real gentleman. My family have nothing but praise for Kevin. After bathing the children we can already feel a difference in the water and their hair was lovely and soft! Kevin followed up with a courtesy call and couldn’t have been more helpful - it’s been a pleasure to have dealt with him. Thank you Kevin!

We have had the system for two years, and this was our second service. Lewes arrived on time, however we were a little disorganised and I had to ask Lewes to hang on for a few minutes. I know how annoying this is for trades doing multiple calls, and I really don't like holding them up. Sorry Lewes, and thank you for your understanding and patience with us. Lewes was exceptionally efficient, polite, and explained what he needed to do in a very easy to understand way. Lewes ask if we had any problems with the system. Thankfully this system has been fault free since installation. I have only had to top up the salt, and leave it to do what it does. Power cuts or loss of water due to supply issues have not given it a moments problem. It has so far been rock solid in performance, as have The Pure Water People. We have seen four of their staff, (two on installation as it was complex), and each and everyone of them have been exceptionally excellent. The office staff have also been very supportive when we have called on each occasion I have spoken with them. I simply can not fault them. Kevin was the engineer that came to see us, he arrived at the expected appointment time and carried out the Water Filter Service efficiently. He explained the checks he was doing and that the system was working really well so he was very happy with it all. He was friendly, polite, punctual, efficient and very tidy - took the old filters away with him for disposal and didn’t leave any mess for us to clear up. Engineer, Kevin, was punctual, efficient, courteous, friendly and very helpful. We are very pleased with the water filter system: the drinking water tastes good and the kettle and pipes are clear and free of “furring up “.

Lewis arrived within the allotted time, after phoning to say that he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He competently checked the water inside and out and changed the filters, keeping me informed throughout. Lewis left everything neat and tidy after the service of the system, which is about 5 years old. I am very pleased that once again , the annual service has been done to a high standard.

Lewis from Pure Water People came to service our water softening system. As well as Cathy from Head Office calling the day before to confirm who was coming to carry out the service and when to expect him, Lewis himself called the night before to confirm time and introduce himself. I call this excellent customer service especially as he arrived on time. Once on site he was polite and had a friendly professional attitude: he kept us informed of what he was doing throughout visit and once he had completed the service gave us a full briefing on what he had found and how he had rectified any issues found.
