I had the pleasure of working with Kevin to install a water softener and drinking system in my home yesterday, and I am very happy with the results. From start to finish, Kevin's professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding. First and foremost, Kevin took the time to thoroughly assess my specific needs and recommend the perfect system for my household. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. The installation process itself was a breeze, thanks to Kevin's skill and precision. He arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently, leaving no mess behind. Kevin made sure to explain the system's operation and maintenance requirements clearly, ensuring that I felt comfortable with its use. We have had the system for two years, and this was our second service. Lewes arrived on time, however we were a little disorganised and I had to ask Lewes to hang on for a few minutes. I know how annoying this is for trades doing multiple calls, and I really don't like holding them up. Sorry Lewes, and thank you for your understanding and patience with us. Lewes was exceptionally efficient, polite, and explained what he needed to do in a very easy to understand way. Lewes ask if we had any problems with the system. Thankfully this system has been fault free since installation. I have only had to top up the salt, and leave it to do what it does. Power cuts or loss of water due to supply issues have not given it a moments problem. It has so far been rock solid in performance, as have The Pure Water People. We have seen four of their staff, (two on installation as it was complex), and each and everyone of them have been exceptionally excellent. The office staff have also been very supportive when we have called on each occasion I have spoken with them. I simply can not fault them. If you're looking for a reliable company with exceptional staff, quality of work, and supplied equipment, you really need look no further than The Pure Water People.

Had the water purification/ softener system installed since 2018. Always good service and annual maintenance visits are consistently very good. Today, Kevin & Lee did an excellent job on annual maintenance.

We have had their system for 10 years plus and we are delighted with the fact that we always have soft water and no limescale. They service the system once a year and today Lewis carried out the annual service with his usual efficiency in a cheerful and knowledgeable fashion. We highly recommend the Company.

I had a water filtration system installed several years ago by this company and have used them to service the system ever since. The system works excellently on the hardwater and as a consequence we have no more limescale in the kettle or shower etc. They always contact me to inform me that the service is due and the price quoted is always adhered to. The work is carried out by their experienced staff and all packaging is taken away. I would personally recommend this company to anyone thinking of having a water softener system installed.

Our old unit was removed smoothly and efficiently and the new one installed really quickly, with it's features clearly explained by Kevin. It works well and has since been totally trouble-free. We enjoyed our soft water with the previous unit, but it was not always reliable. This new one is excellent.

We have used this company for some time and all of their engineers are very polite and helpful. Today Lee is at my home to install a new water softener system, he is patient to explain the new system to us and considerate to the house. Lewis arrived very promptly & carried out a service, filter changes etc. He was very efficient & talked through what he was doing as he tested the system.

Mike arrived on time for the annual check of our water softening system and to replace a number of filters. He was extremely helpful and patient in explaining and showing me the step by step process for replacing the filters to enable me to undertake this job in alternate years in future. Mike is a very professional and personable chap.

Kevin was the engineer that came to see us, he arrived at the expected appointment time and carried out the Water Filter Service efficiently. He explained the checks he was doing and that the system was working really well so he was very happy with it all. He was friendly, polite, punctual, efficient and very tidy - took the old filters away with him for disposal and didn’t leave any mess for us to clear up. Engineer, Kevin, was punctual, efficient, courteous, friendly and very helpful. We are very pleased with the water filter system: the drinking water tastes good and the kettle and pipes are clear and free of “furring up “.

Lewis arrived within the allotted time, after phoning to say that he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. He competently checked the water inside and out and changed the filters, keeping me informed throughout. Lewis left everything neat and tidy after the service of the system, which is about 5 years old. I am very pleased that once again , the annual service has been done to a high standard.

Lewis from Pure Water People came to service our water softening system. As well as Cathy from Head Office calling the day before to confirm who was coming to carry out the service and when to expect him, Lewis himself called the night before to confirm time and introduce himself. I call this excellent customer service especially as he arrived on time. Once on site he was polite and had a friendly professional attitude: he kept us informed of what he was doing throughout visit and once he had completed the service gave us a full briefing on what he had found and how he had rectified any issues found. We had our water filtration and softening system installed by Pure Water People 8 years ago now and it's been fantastic. Much less lime scale and my eczema has never returned! Water tastes so much nicer and for us as a family of 4 we have all enjoyed the benefits. We were a bit sceptical 8 years ago and although it's an initial investment we wouldn't be without our system now. The Company itself have been brilliant and today came out to repair a tap handle. Mike the engineer did a fab job and even replaced some other bits he noticed needed attention. Would definitely recommend this company 👍

We had a new water system from Pure Water people 2 years ago after upgrading our old system that was 20+years old. The system means we have no trouble with limescale in any of our appliances and have beautiful clean fresh water to drink. Louis arrived on time to perform the yearly change of the pure water filters. He checked that the system was performing properly and after changing the filters checked/repressurised the filtered water storage tanks. Very satisfied with the system and the job done.

This was an annual maintenance and system check visit to ensure that my water softener system was working to maximum efficiency. Engineer Lewis arrived well within the promised time “window”, explained what he planned to do and, basically, just got on with the job giving advice as he progressed. I pay for this service by monthly direct debit and regard the service as money well spent. We’ve been happy with the quality of the water produced by the system. It was already installed when we moved in and have had it serviced every year by Pure Water People with a filter changed this year. It’s usually Lewis who services the unit and it is good to have someone who really knows how it works to call on. We are in a very hard water area and when we could not use the water softener due to building work the kettle furred up almost overnight so we wouldn’t be without it.

This is the second time I have used The Pure Water Company in Bristol and for the 2nd time, their pre-sales communication and customer service from Kelly was exceptional. The installation engineer Kevin could not have been more helpful, professional, clean and tidy. Going the extra mile to explain the installation as it was taking place and making recommendations of how to cause the minimum disruption. Our regular annual water softener service was carried out in April 2024. This was very efficiently scheduled in a month or so in advance. An engineer, Mike, who had visited us on previous occasions arrived neatly turned out and with a very friendly demeanor. He carried out the work in exemplary fashion. In fact he even tightened a couple of loose waste pipe joints whilst he noticed whilst working under the sink. Mike undertook his tasks in a cheerful but professional way engaging most pleasantly with us during the visit.
