The whole customer experience with Aquatec was excellent from start to finish. The entire team have been incredibly courteous and helpful. The installation needed two visits from Mike. Mike is a very personable guy, and has to turn his hand to a variety of skills to match the challenges of each individual, yet nothing phased him. It's been a real pleasure to have had Mike on site. The engineer turned up on time. He was very pleasant and just got on and sorted the problem out. He explained what was wrong. Would recommend this firm to anybody as they have always done a good job, that is from the person taking the call to the engineer fixing the problem. Fast and efficient service by all concerned.

We booked a full maintenance with Liam and got the best servicing and maintenance. He explained everything in detail, answered all our questions with patience and ensured we were happy with everything at each step.
