Aquatec installed our water softener and filtration plant in 1998 and have maintained it ever since. When we moved here from Bristol they moved it for us and reinstalled it at this address. We have a maintenance contracted (funded monthly) with them which also covers spares, through some 'consumables' like carton fillers and reserve osmosis membranes cost extra. Basic fillers come as part of the package. We did have to upgrade our obsolete R.O unit when it failed and there was a charge for that.

The person who came was new to me. He was very thorough and tested water from every tap in the house. He also explained what I needed to do in between services. (Something I hadn't been told before, even though we've had Aquatec for 4 years). He cleared up well.

The engineer (Mike) was punctual, considerate, hardworking and patient. He discussed the option clearly regarding where to site the system and then carried out the work calmly, efficiently, and to an excellent standard. Highly recommended. The water is good too!
