System was installed by Mike and his assistant who were very polite, professional and efficient in their work. Mike discussed everything with me before proceeding and during the installation. Had a couple of issues (dislodged pipe inside the unit and excessive usage of salt) following the installation which were both resolved by Mike who replaced the unit, quickly and professionally. Unit is working well since . No lime scale, soft water, less shampoo, and cleaning materials all round. We are very satisfied with the system and are happy to recommend this company and their proficient staff to anyone considering water purification in their home.

Symptoms - kettle continually scaling up, taps with scale on them, drainer never coming clean and to finally confirm a big problem - our bosch washing machine (only 15 months old) wouldn't empty properly and there was a stale smell inside when we used it. The washing machine engineer came out and found the machine was almost completely scaled up and he advised us that a hard water supply was the cause and rectification cost wasn't included in our warrantee cover (however to help us he did a complete descale). That day we received as part of an area marketing campaign a test-tube with an offer to test our water hardness. I supplied filled tube and within 2 weeks received a call confirming the water was hard and a further appointment booked to do further tests. Being present when the test was done I was shocked to discover the amount of muck in our tap water. A further test demonstrated the benefit of effective cleaning with pure water. We knew that something had to be done and agreed a plan with the agent. Within 2 weeks the installation had been done, all arranged and the work done to high standard by a courteous installation team. Now for the results - in 2 months our old kettle looked as clean as when first used (without any descaling), drainers lost their dull finish and now look shiny and like new, no more problems with the washing machine, baths and shower heads look nice and clean - reduction in cost of materials and fuel makes a saving. Would I recommend? Yes.

The whole process was reliable and smooth. The staff were professional and friendly. We are pleased to drink pure water and avoid more plastic bottles in the environment. The system is easy to maintain and low cost. The reduction in lime scale has been great in a hard water area. We are using a lot less bubble bath, shampoo and so on. Elliott was a good installation engineer. We are pleased we took the step 9 months ago.

Have traded with this company for many years. Have never had to complain about their service. Service engineers have always turned up In the time frame originally quoted when the appointment was made. Always careful to clear up any mess created. Always wear masks in these covid times. They never give a hard sell either. Latest service engineer to call was Kevin. As always was thorough in the tests carried out to make sure everything was working as it should. Payment through credit card done thru his phone was quick and simple.

Lewis had come from Bristol to visit numerous Pure Water installations in East Anglia. The task with us was a review and service after the first year of our installation. Lewis did a very thorough job, explaining clearly what he was doing at each stage. He made an adjustment to make the system more economical with salt, and gave us a couple of useful tips about our regular use.

We have been using PWP now for three years and find the service, knowledge, product, communication and reliability of premium quality. Lewis our engineer was very thorough with his work, engaged with us on all aspects of the job at hand. A pleasure to deal with and great product that delivers what they say it should do with minimum fuss. Reliable company that needs a pat on the back for a premium product that has an impeccable reputation.

Their adminiostrator followed up an email with a phone call to arrange the date and item to service my water softening system. The engineer arrived on time, I recognized him from previous annual visits and he recognized me. He did the work efficiently and answered my questions. He was tidy and cleaned up as he went along.

We had our Aquatech water purification system serviced by Kevin, who arrived on time, is always courteous and very efficient as usual. He checks everything out and makes any necessary adjustments to the system and always tells us what he's doing and why. He changed numerous filters etc and works quickly and with minimal mess. Our water always tastes nice and visitors who try it always comment on how pure it tastes. I'm sure we could bottle it and sell it! I would recommend Kevin to service your water system too.

Been with this company for 13 years and for at least the fourth year been visited by Lewis. He is polite and helpful and works diligently. He tests and corrects anything with no fuss but is happy to explain what he is doing. Never had any problems.

Lewis our service technician arrived on due date and within the specified time frame, having previously been to our home he knew where everything was and as usual was efficient explaining everything as he went along and providing advice. Had my yearly service, Kevin arrived punctual. He was friendly and kept me informed about what he was doing. This year was the regular filter change and a CRV exchange which is done every four years. Kevin was very tidy with his work.

One of the pipes was replaced and made sure the valve was working. Lewis was very thorough, and explained what he was doing as he did it and checked the water afterwards to make sure there were no leaks. It was all done on the date scheduled by Lewis who was very friendly and helpful.

We are very pleased that we made the decision to invest in a Pure Water system and not just a water softener. The quality of the drinking water is perfect. The water is really soft on your skin and It's great to not have limescale on your shower glass! Installation was made more complicated as we already had a Quooker installed but a solution was found by the terrific engineer. Very happy with the result.

Elliot the engineer arrived early and completed the maintenance task and filter change quickly. He was very tidy and thorough.

Installation date agreed within one week of placing order. Engineer Mike turned up on time, explained plan for the day & expected completion time. Worked cleanly & efficiently, helped with making some key positional & operational choices - even though these could have made installation a bit more complicated. Made sure everything was in place and working. Explained system and gave some hints & tips for making best use of it.

The Engineer, Kevin, was approachable, polite, efficient and left the area tidy. He wore a mask throughout, in accordance with guidelines.

Kevin arrived on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. He checked everything and found a leak outside which I was extremely grateful for. We had been experiencing some damp smells and it seemed a small plastic outside pipe had been nibbled through and I think this was the cause of the dampness. Thank you, Kevin.

Excellent. The service engineer (Kevin) was friendly and professional, unfazed by the hot weather and having spent several hours on the M25 travelling from Bristol. The service was completed successfully in about half an hour and the system back in full function an hour later. So all-in-all excellence all round.

We have been with the company, who installed our water system and continues to maintain it, for around twenty years and have always found them helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our water system, the quality of the on tap drinking water is excellent.
