Technician Lowes arrived on time and called us 20 minutes before arrival. Annual service completed efficiently and good feed back of possible future upgrades to system which has been installed for 19 years and has worked flawlessly. Recommended a modification to the shut off valves to make them easier to operate which I have decided to do. We have always received excellent service from this company.

We have used this service for 7 years. Pure soft water in a hard water area like London is good by removing Lime Scale. The drinking water tap is great. The service has always been very friendly and efficient. Minor adjustments on both sides have been dealt with properly. Lewis did a good job today on our annual check up and also capably led me through a minor adjustment to the settings on the system over the phone when I was concerned about salt usage. I am not competent to report on value

Lewis came round to do our annual service. Everyone I deal with are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any problems with The Pure Water Company and have been a customer for over 15 years. I had a system fitted at our previous house, and when we moved house, we had a system installed on our new property. We live in a hard water area and having a water system installed in your house makes a major difference.

The Installation went very well. Lee was our engineer who we have had before to service the old system. He was very good, friendly, explained the installation to us and made sure we still had an external tap with untreated water for the pond etc. There had possibly been a potential issue as to whether it would all fit under the sink as the old system was sited outside but Lee persevered and all was well. The cabinet the old system was installed in was removed and everything was left nice and tidy. We are very happy indeed Difficult to determine a rating for value though!

The quality of the domestic equipment is excellent; twelve years down the line with no problems. Servicing has always been straightforward and well executed (even easier with the latest models which allow more self-servicing and therefore cheaper). Staff have always been extremely well informed, tidy, well organised and punctual. In this regard, a particular thumbs-up to Mike.

Lewis carried out the servicing off our pure water system. He was extremely conscientious and took a lot of trouble to ensure that the system was functioning correctly- not minding how long it took. He was friendly and courteous. We have now had this system for 17 years and have always been entirely satisfied with the service we have received and have never regretted having the system fitted.

New Kinetic water softener fitted along with drinking water tap and filter. Installation went very well - great communication from office teams and fitting by the engineer AJ. He was polite, helpful, did a great job and left no mess at all. Could not fault the team - but maybe AJ was the star here! Highly recommended!
