Mike has just done our seventh annual service. He arrived on time and carried out the work without any problems. The water treatment unit still works as well as it did on Day One. No mess, no hassle, just efficiency. Limescale is a thing of the past.

The engineer Lewis arrived punctually as arranged. He's professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. He fully explained the work to be undertaken and all was completed as expected. We're very pleased with the system and the maintenance service provided by Aquatec/Pure Water People.

Lewis thoughtfully phoned to say that he would be with us in half an hour, and he was. He was with us for about an hour - much longer than usual - and he checked our water system from top to bottom. He explained the position to us as we needed a new membrane. He had a pleasant cheerful manner.

Called to say they would arrive in 15 mins on day of booking, which they did. Service engineer Kevin was brilliant. Couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Very pleased Thankyou.

We purchased a quality softener from The Pure Water People about 3 years ago knowing we would be moving house and their product ticked the boxes on it being able to move with us. The company have been very accommodating throughout our softener ownership. We have had it relocated twice in this period, once due to an extension, the most recent being a move to a new property. Lee came and did a site visit at the new location and advised on the work that would need to be carried out and then came back 10 days later to reinstall the system that they had removed from our old address before our move. Kelly in the office has been very helpful on all occasions we have dealt with them even over the holiday period. We are very grateful to have our water softener and purified drinking water back - We didn't realise how much drinking water we got through until we were buying bottled water bridging the gap over the moving period and this highlighted in the long term what good value the water softener and drinking system is! Our value rating would be higher if the relocation costs were more competitive.

If you are prepared to pay annual maintenance costs for pure water, this company provides a quality product. Be aware however that the warranty for any work done / servicing only last 3 months. For several years we have had the same technician, Kevin, who works to a high professional standard and provides excellent personal service.

Mike was a diligent & knowledgeable Senior Engineer. Provided clarity for a couple of queries & summarised his findings succinctly. Removed all old filters, cleaned surfaces & left zero trace of his presence! Great job Mike

Mike arrived on time and did a great job. Also explained what work he was doing and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Everyone at Pure Water People are helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The annual service of our Pure Water system was carried out by Mike. He arrived on time and carried out the service of our system, carefully explaining each step of the process as he went along, so that I can confidently undertake the service myself next year.

The engineer arrived early to the appointment, was smartly dressed and was very polite. Came to do annual service and was to the agreed budget. Area left immaculate when finished. Very knowledgeable and helped with re-routing drinking water pipework in the new kitchen layout. A very good experience.

Mike was very helpful and very skilled - he went out of his way to fit the purifying paraphernalia where we wanted it, and did an excellent job

The service was performed efficiently and professionally. The service guy, Ian, was very friendly & informative.

Kevin arrived on time and did the annual service very cleanly and efficiently. He even fitted longer pipes on the under sink units to enable easier future servicing. All left clean and tidy.

This year we had Kevin come to service our drinking water, he phoned to ask if we'd mind if he came a little early which suited me very well, he was pleasant and efficient, he showed me what he was doing and got on with it competently. He was friendly and professional. The price was exactly as quoted. All good.

The technician arrived on time, to carry out maintenance on the softener, and the work was completed efficiently. Explanations of the work were clear.

I had a potential clash with the time of arrival and a work call that I had to go on, but having contacted the office at Bristol they accommodated this last minute change and Lewis arrived well before my work call. Lewis was very thorough with the checks he performed explaining what he had checked in an easy to follow style. The whole service was completed to my satisfaction - which is all you can ask really. The only reason for a 4-star, rather than 5-star rating for customer service is that I would have liked for indoor covers for footwear to be worn, I felt uncomfortable asking and due to having a hardwood floor, many treat it differently than if it were carpeted. Many thanks to Lewis for the way he diagnosed and corrected the problem with our water softener. He checked our whole cold water system, updated the machine's computer, replaced a suspect small pipe joint, tested float operation and left us with a correctly working machine. He was friendly, courteous and gave us an impression of confidence. We'd be happy to meet him again.

I have had my water filtration system for about 20 years now. It requires an annual service, one in depth bi-annually. The pure water people always remind me when my service is due and arrange the service to suit my timings as well as when the engineer is in my area. They have very loyal staff and I have dealt with the same office representative the whole time I have been with them which is nice as it enables a friendly relationship to develop. My local engineer Chris has attended at least the past two years and he is friendly but also professional and informative.

Very professional service. Always arrive during the appointed slot and contact me if they are delayed. Engineers are obviously well trained in the product they are servicing and they explain what they are doing and give advice on the use and care of the product.

We had our annual service and Mike the original installer of the system 4 years ago came down it this time. He had some specific issues to be looked into and Mike did a thorough job, taking time to provide a full explanation of his working process. He was polite, tidy and left us feeling confident that he had done a good job.
