Installation engineer, clean & tidy, conscientious and polite. We feel salesman could have explained & shown us exactly what equipment's would be installed. We were very surprised at how much equipment that was installed. We were also not told about the cost of maintenance each year. We would highly recommend this company regardless of the above comments.

The system was explained to us beforehand, and installation locations agreed. Engineer was on time, smart and very pleasant. He worked very tidily and discussed any points that came to light as the installation progressed. He explained how everything worked and invited us to ask questions about the product and installation. He completed the job within the timescale, but didn't rush to leave until he was totally happy that all joints were sound, and system was working as it should.
