We had an engineer called Joe Pester in to install our water system. He was very professional, very friendly, he did an excellent job, he left no mess at all and took all excess packaging away, and before he left he explained how everything worked.

Aquatec installed our water softener and filtration plant in 1998 and have maintained it ever since. When we moved here from Bristol they moved it for us and reinstalled it at this address. We have a maintenance contracted (funded monthly) with them which also covers spares, through some 'consumables' like carton fillers and reserve osmosis membranes cost extra. Basic fillers come as part of the package. We did have to upgrade our obsolete R.O unit when it failed and there was a charge for that.
