Arrived on time and started immediately after explaining the work involved. The work was carried out to a very professional standard and the engineer left the work area as clean and tidy as he had found it. The engineer also supplied and fitted a new outside tap.

The regular annual service was carried out today by Lewis, who called 10 minutes before arriving so that we could prepare for his arrival. The service was, as usual, thorough, and the settings tweaked to improve effectiveness. Recommended efficient service.

Have just had this serviced and was very impressed. The engineer discovered that our water pressure was way too high, which had caused problems with the unit and therefore it was not working correctly. He has returned and fitted a pressure limiter and all is now working as it should. Service charges tend to be rather expensive but the engineers are always helpful and friendly. We would recommend this firm and the equipment.

Had the same engineer (Lewis) as last year. Remembered the property and the system. Worked very efficiently and left the place tidy once he'd finished. Excellent service.

After a convincing demonstration of the benefits of a water purification system for the whole house, we decided to take the plunge. We ordered the Gold System. Work was done during two main visits and a follow up later to install boxing around the external pipes. The installer was an experienced fitter who understood the working of the system and was keen to explain how everything worked. The customer service girls were very helpful with arranging appointments and the engineer came all the way from Bristol each time to do the work. Since the system has been operational, we have had a full service after one year. there were no problems and we have been delighted with the results. Bright sparkling surfaces with no scaling in kettles or shower screens, beautifully pure drinking water and very soft water for all household purposes. Even washing the car is easier!

We have had a purification system since 2007 and are very happy with it, and the annual service has always been very efficiently carried out, with the engineer (Lewis on this occasion) happy to explain what is going on.

We've had our water softener system for about seven years. The service from them is always excellent. A phone call to organise a service date from very polite people. The engineer always calls before or on arrival. We've had the same engineer for at least the past three years. He knows the system backwards and is always clean, polite, helpful and informative.

The engineer Kevin visited today as our display system electric panel had stopped working. Kevin identified the problem straightaway, a mouse had chewed through the wire. Kevin fixed the wire and inserted a non-mouse chewing covering, made a new hole and cleaned up afterwards and got it running again. Kevin was so friendly and professional. The difference we noticed without our water filter working was having to use more products, eg, washing, shampoo, Floor cleaning. Our skin was dry. All the tea mugs started having rim stains and floaty stuff on top of the tea and tasted disgusting. I think we have become water snobs. We’ve had our pure water filter for years and take it for granted, it’s not until it stopped working we realised how much we appreciate it.

Just had our annual service plus auto change. The engineer was helpful, fully explained what he was doing, provided an excellent service in a very professional way. I can not recommend him highly enough. I hope he completes our service next year.

I have had services from this company for a few years and each time find all staff very courteous, helpful and efficient. Recently, Kevin came and he carried out all work satisfactorily as they always do. It is nice to see a company one can recommend whole heartedly.
