Arrived on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently and it was all done in a little over 30 minutes. System is working great again and I'm very happy with the process of booking and having the service completed.

We have just had our new Kinetico Premier Water Softener installed. The work done was professionally done, by an experienced engineer (Kevin). Nothing was too much trouble to explain. The kitchen and outdoor space was left very clean. Looking forward to using our new system.

Mike has been servicing our water purifier for 3 years now and also installed it for us he is always friendly and professional and gets the job done well and quickly.

Lee, the engineer from Pwp, did a fantastic job installing our water system. Arrived on time and did a great job. Very professional and installed the filter in the right location by saving space in the kitchen.

Kevin attended within the time period specified on making the booking. He was checking the drinking water and replacing filters for drinking water. In addition he was exchanging the Cr v unit, testing and flushing main unit and checking for leaks. Did this well flushed the system and was very helpful and well-mannered. Checked for leaks and gave us information on what was done. Happy with results and done in good time.

Pure water was referred by a friend of ours as we have recently moved into a new build property wherein the water supply is hard. We had Kevin install and complete an actual 2 person job who was very professional, polite and reassuring during a rough 7 hours time. He explained each task he did and gave us updates each time. He was very experienced at his job, such a lovely person to have done the installation in our property. We hope to have him every time there are repairs needed and our future yearly maintenance.

After 14 years, we needed a replacement water softening system. The work was done quickly and neatly. As ever, we are very pleased with The Pure Water People’s efficiency and quality of workmanship. The engineers are always pleasant. I am very glad to have our soft water back again. Having been without for a few weeks makes one appreciate so much the difference between mains water and softened water.

We had Lewes to service our water purification system and were very impressed. He was confident and knowledgeable. He did all the basics and a lot more and left us confident that all was working well. He also listened to any comments we made and resolved a couple of minor issues that we have lived with since installation. Hope to get him next year.

Mike the engineer completed a full service and rectified a problem with the drinking water system. His work was excellent, he was efficient and very helpful. He explained everything he was doing and how we could continue to get the best use out of our ageing water treatment system.

The Pure Water People have serviced my system annually since it was installed 10 years ago and moved it to my new home some years ago. They always contact me to offer available dates and times when their engineer will be in my area. The engineer was punctual and discussed the initial monitoring readings before starting work. He then showed me the discoloured filters after the new ones were fitted as part of the maintenance schedule. He left the area clean and tidy. The annual service keeps my system in good condition providing clean water which needs little detergent for washing up and leaves minimal deposits in items such as kettles.

Very happy with the sales process and the performance of the Gold Package. Due to the location of our waste pipe, the installation was not straight forward. Mike’s service, during the installation, was exceptional and he was a pleasure to work with. He worked well beyond normal working hours to ensure that everything was completed to his satisfaction.

Kevin, our installer was a great chap. Cheerful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will ask for him by name in future when we next require any upgrades or general servicing.

We consulted Which? Trusted Traders before choosing a company to supply a water softener, and chose The Pure Water People. From the first visit, made by Neill to advise us on the best system for our needs, to the installation done by Kevin, the company has been first class. Our many questions were answered by Neill, who provided a very eye opening demonstration of the hardness of our water, and he adapted the available packages to our needs and arranged installation to be done the following week. The installation was done by Kevin, an extremely neat job done in less than a day with no mess and nothing left behind. When he finished, he ran us through the operation of the system thoroughly. From start to finish it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend the company.

Mike's arrival was as agreed despite bad weather. Pleasant and friendly nature and gave some useful information re changes to product since our was installed over 15 years ago. The service once again completed and the water softener system still performing well. Very satisfied with the product and worth the cost.

Mike did a great job of fitting the water softener, despite the difficulties he encountered with the positioning of the unit through no fault of his. He was polite, efficient understanding and patient. A true professional.

We had an initial consultation with Francoise, who gave us a very detailed explanation about the company and the service it provides and the aftercare and also demonstrated physically the advantages and benefits of softening the water at our house. We had a over 20 year old water softener installed by the previous owner which had ceased to work properly. Everything was clearly explained including costs and she seemed very genuine. Lee arrived on time on the day of the installation and carried out firstly the removal of the old water softener (which in fact took took longer than the installation of the new water softener), with a lot of skill despite its awkwardness, followed by the installation and commissioning of same. A basic explanation of how to operate it was explained including the connection to our WIFI. The work was conducted in a very tidy manner. All in all we were very satisfied with everything carried out as scheduled and looking forward to the aftercare that has been promised.
