During basic service Kev found that the water levels in the main unit were set to low and after adjustment a back wash was carried out and this then found a leak on the drain pipework which solved my mystery puddles in the garage over the past year.

Always receive excellent service. Usually request for service is within a week. Disappointed that the salt deliveries aren't as quick as normal, but was due delivery but weather made it impossible. It is 5/6 weeks since we ordered salt. Other than this always receive excellent service. Staff on telephone always polite.

I have had the system in for 20 years always been prompt, careful, clean and tidy when doing a service. The system has been serving us well, although as the engineers have said that parts for the mechanical clocks are becoming harder to get. This company get my thumbs up

We are so impressed with the Pure Water People, all the personnel are polite, well informed, punctual and terribly nice. Good demonstration convinced us to go ahead with a water filter. The fitters were so neat and tidy and the filter is outside the house which is marvellous, only a small gadget under the sink. The best thing is that it works Brilliantly and we are thrilled.
