The engineer kevin arrived in good time. Explained what he was going to do. Tested the mains water from the purification system which was ok. he then changed the drinking water filters. When complete checked the system was ok. Also checked for leaks before leaving. The place was left clean and tidy. A good job done

Mike arrived to carry out the annual service on our water softener system on time and completed his work in a quiet and efficient manner, keeping me informed throughout. He made sure he maintained a safe distance and wore his IPE at all times. We have had the system now for 14 years and have never had anything to find fault with either the company or its engineers, we are always contacted to arrange the service and kept fully informed about any situation which could affect our appointments. Mike in particular is a credit to both the company and himself with both his demeaner and work ethics.

Engineer Kevin has just left for his next call and I'm very impressed by the friendly and efficient service he provided. Communication from the company is good, both from the office making and then confirming the appointment, and from Kevin who was held up by heavy traffic but phoned to explain and offer a revised ETA. The work was carried out efficiently and Kevin was happy to answer questions about possibly moving the softener, making some very useful suggestions. Overall, I'm very happy with the service we've received today. It's difficult to rate the value of the service as I haven't looked at alternatives, but the amount charged seems reasonable to ensure the system works for another year.

No complaints whatsoever.Arrived on time ,friendly approach and the engineer obviously knew his trade. When he went the area was much cleaner than he found it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lewis rang us the day before to check whether there were any particular problems and to advise his ETA. He rang again when leaving the previous job. As last year Lewis wore a face mask indoors and was very helpful and considerate. He spotted a leak in our outdoor tap which he fixed very quickly. He was very thorough working through his checklist, and the visit lasted about an hour. This was an annual maintenance visit and replacement of filters.

I can't praise Mike highly enough. His depth of knowledge is amazing. Where plumbers and heating engineers visiting our property threw up their hands in despair at the maze of pipes, Mike simply took the time to work everything out. He is patient and determined and good humoured, and always focused on the customer's needs. Absolute gold standard service.

Had our first 5 year service which meant a particular filter had to be replaced which is expensive but if that means we will have the same quality of water which we have enjoyed over the previous 5 years it is well worth the cost. Mike ( he originally installed it ) did a comprehensive service - extremely knowledgeable and affable person. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The water purification system works well. The annual service was booked, confirmed and completed. Lewes came at the arranged time and did what was needed without problem or fuss.

Kevin was friendly and efficient in performing the annual service on my softener system. The listened to my comments and adjusted the system accordingly. He took the time to explain what the changes would do and even tidied the under sink pipe work. From the booking of the appointment to job completion, everyone was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I have had a water filtration system for many years which was originally fitted and is now serviced by the Pure Water People. They have excellent customer service and always remind me when my annual review is due. Flexible about dates and changes to those dates. I have always appreciated the professionalism and friendly manner of the engineers over the years and Elliot was no exception. He very kindly refilled my salt container for me (not part of the service) and took away the rubbish. Quick, clean and efficient.

Lewis did our annual service this morning. We appreciated his efficiency and explanation of the details of the service. The water purification system that The Pure Water People installed three years ago has led to the reduced use of all washing agents, e.g. shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower gel, washing-up liquid, washing powder etc. The system also prevents the build-up of lime scale in pipes, radiators, kettle, iron, washing machine and dish-washer. We also appreciate the improved quality of our drinking water and no longer have to buy bottled water, which also means less use of plastic bottles.

I have had my pure water system for about 15 years and I’d never be without it. The benefits of the pure water are endless but the one that is best for me is the lack of chlorine as I am allergic to it. My skin has never been better and that’s due to the water. Washing away from home brings back all the symptoms of the allergy but at home they vanish. The water is gorgeous to drink and visitors always comment on its purity - it’s lovely on its own but also makes superior tea and coffee! Added to this the lack of lime scale means all sinks, showers, heating system and appliances and so on are scale free: everything is easy to clean and lasts much longer without the need for extra products. I’ve hardly had a problem with the system. Once a drinking water pipe froze but that was fixed by a lovely lady at customer services talking me through what to do and then engineers advising how to prevent it happening again. The second time, the water pressure changed in the area so I needed a value fitted, which the engineer did within a day or two so I was back up and running again. Customer service is excellent and they keep me up to date with servicing. The engineers are great too - they do the job with courtesy and a smile. I’d recommend the system and the company to anyone.

I have just had a service/fault finding check on my soft water system, the engineer, Lewis, turned up on time and he was fully aware of everything my system needed and all work necessary to complete the service and solve the fault. I have two systems and he checked both thoroughly doing whatever required to ensure both were fully operational before he left. As usual everything was done efficiently and politely. I live in a hard water area using this pure water system eliminates limescale and improves the taste of the drinking water. I have had both systems for a few years now and couldn't ever consider being without them.

Thoroughly professional and a friendly service. Kevin installed the water purification system on 21/12/2022. Answered any questions I had and talked me through every aspect of the system. Haven’t had the chance to test the water and it’s quality yet but based but based on the awesome service provided, I can predict I won’t be a disappointed!!

I really appreciate the effort that Francois and Mike went to during the time they were at the property. Francois really explained well what the product is and does and filled in gaps of knowledge that we may otherwise have not been told having previously had a water softener. Mike then came in to assess where the product would be best to go with minimal effort but also explained what work needed to be done if we wanted it in the place of our choosing. We went with the latter and he said he would have to come back again once recommended prework had been carried out by before the next visit. When this was completed we managed to get Mike out again relatively quickly and he went about his business of installing the water softener. He did an amazing job of hiding the additional water pipes and then ensured the layout of any other pipes were clean and tidy. Once finished he explained what he had done and then left us with the product we bought and no mess. Really appreciate the effort made by both members of this company. Would definitely recommend to others.

Have had this water purification system for must be 15 years now. It has never let me down and has been serviced annually in that time. If I ever forget to top up the salt (note. In this system the salt does not end up in the water in the house. You can drink from every tap! The salt is used to clean the filtering system.) I soon notice the kettle scaling up (I live in a very hard water area) but a few days after topping up the salt the kettle clears and is all shiny again. Kevin who serviced the system this year was polite, efficient, clean and tidy as all their engineers are. I plan to live house in the next couple of years and will without any doubt be taking the whole system with me as it has performed outstandingly.

Having been unable to obtain pure water through our system, I had no qualms in contacting The Pure Water People to remedy the problem. Lewis, the Engineer, whom has visited on several occasions over the past nine years or so to service the equipment, arrived on time, following a courtesy call to notify of his e.t.a. After diagnosing the problem, he completed the repairs and replacements, which were quite tricky in gaining access to, explaining to me each procedure. My only gripe was the £95 call out charge I had to pay, but the replacement part was covered by my guarantee!
