The service engineer was excellent. The charges were as follows:- filters £62.00 + VAT - OK. Maintenance charge £155.00 + VAT - 30 minutes only, disgraceful.

The engineer arrived at 8.50am for 9.00am and waited until 9.00am before ringing the bell. We talked about the softener system and took on board my queries and rectified the fault. Did the service while I got on with my work. It was nice to see that the engineer was the same person who has serviced my system for 16 years.
