Mike came to service my water system and was an absolute pleasure. Extremely polite and was kind enough to explain the issues I am having in great detail but also at a level we could understand. He tested the system further and ensured it's all working as it should. It seems he's resolved an issue we have had for a while too. It's hard to find engineers like him nowadays. Absolutely pleasure to have him.

The appointment reminder was sent well in advance of the due date and a mutually convenient time arranged for the service. Nearer the date the company rearranged the day/time as attendance within the agreed time slot could not be guaranteed. The day before the appointment the time of arriving was confirmed and the man arrived at the agreed time on the day. The service was completed quickly without problem and payment made on the day. All done with no issues. A good service all round.

We had a soft water system installed in 2018. It performs exactly as we were told it would, all appliances which use water have no limescale build up now, even our 18 year old washing machine now runs like a dream! It has saved us money in cleaning products and more importantly time that we used to spend trying to remove limescale damage on kettle, sinks, taps, toilets etc.. The service engineer Lewis who came to give our system it’s annual service turned up punctually and was very considerate, he explained everything he was doing and when he left us the kitchen was clean and tidy.

We had our annual water service completed today by Lewis. We have had Lewis service our system before. He completes a thorough job in testing all aspects of our system and we have never had any maintenance problems. A very conscientious, competent and polite engineer. We have had this water system in place for a number of years now and we are completely limescale free. Certainly a great saving on cleaning products. The water is always soft now thanks to the Pure Water People.

It has been a great experience from my initial enquiry, call back, home visit to installation. All went easy, on time and at professional level. Even got a post-installation call asking for my initial feedback. The booking process was easy using the company office (the office reminded me that the service was due) and was completed well in advance of the date selected for the service. Although in this case the date was changed by the company, the change was easy and made in consultation with me. The service engineer arrived at the start of the allocated time period and completed the testing and filter change quickly, efficiently and with a friendly and knowledgeable approach. Payment was by credit card on the day and all was quickly completed.

There is nothing bad to say about this company, everything was excellent. From the customer service, the job done and aftercare. Mike and Kevin went out of their way to make sure everything was 100% right going beyond what we expected. I could really see that they take great pride in what they do. Explained everything thing to make sure we were happy with everything as they went along. Left everything clean and tidy, cannot fault them. Arrived when expected and price quoted was what we expected. Great company and so nice it's local to us.
