Another successful service. Plenty of advance notice given to arrange the appointment, including a reminder a few days in advance, and Kevin arrived on time. Very polite and helpful, explaining what he was doing (and why). The work included renewing tap washers and showed the old washers. All rubbish removed when the work was finished. He explained what should happen for the next service.

We had the water softener installed in April 2013 and initially we thought is quite expensive but it has proved to be wonderful. All the water in the house is soft and we have no calcium lime scale anywhere and we are in a very hard water part of the country. Used the products that came with the installation and are just beginning to run out after nearly 10 years. The engineer comes when he says he will to do the service and the company ring us to make the appointment in the first place so we don't have to remember to contact them. Kevin came yesterday to do the work for its annual service. He was very polite, friendly and efficient.

Mike visited today as scheduled. He replaced the filters on our water purifier, measured the levels of impurities before and after his intervention. He was friendly, respectful of our property and gave useful advice. I was very pleased with the service.

The pure water representative Kevin arrived within the agreed time scale, and with the minimum of intrusion carried out the annual service of my water softener system. We asked the company to install our water treatment system in our new house when we moved. Their engineer, Kevin, turned up at the agreed time, and quickly got to work. He got the job done with minimal interruption to our water supply, and with very little mess. (And what mess there was he cleaned up.) He also installed a stopcock so that our plumber could later take a feed to our rainwater harvester top up tank without having to cut pipes and interrupt our water supply again.

The servicing agent arrived as per the agreed time. He changed the filters, adjusted the regeneration schedule, adjusted the flow of the drinking water, and tested that the system was working as it's supposed to throughout the house. He explained what he was doing and answered the questions that I had.
