Lewis called a few days before to agree his arrival time and again when he was 10 minutes away. He completed the job speedily and to my satisfaction, worked with care and was clear and polite in greeting me, informing me of the work carried out and obtaining payment. This level of service is typical of Lewis who gas carried out our servicing for several years and of previous engineers. The water filter avoids limescale (we have hard water typical of our location) and reduces use of detergent etc as well as given the reassurance that unnecessary chemicals are being removed from our water.

Both the office staff and Lewis were very polite. The office staff kept me updated of appointment time and they were very flexible around my availability. The Engineer, Mike, turned up on time and took care to protect my carpets and flooring with dust sheets. He installed a new Water Softener in my new property and was very personable and interested in my recent move having serviced my Water Softener system at my old address for the past 18 years. The work was completed in the agreed time and he left everything clean and tidy as he always has done. I had no hesitation in using this Company again and it was a nice surprise to have Mike turn up.

The appointment for the annual service was made by Jasmine and Kelly in the office and the Engineer Lewis arrived on time on the day. Lewis is very thorough and checked the working of the softener, the quality of the water and the pressure at a number of outlet points throughout the house. Also checking the effect using several machines at once had on the water pressure from the softener. Lewis replaced all the filters in the softener and took away the used ones. He produced a full written report to add to my file. I have had water softeners from the Pure Water People for almost 15 years and fully recommend the Company, the product, and their employees to any prospective clients.

From explaining the costs to replace our 19 and a half year old system through arranging the appointment and then carrying out the work, all our various contacts were polite and committed to good service. The installer made sure our preferred option for the drinking water happened. A couple of extra insulation jackets were dropped off later to replace our scrappy bits, an appreciated gesture. All in all, a good and easy experience.

Excellent service from Steve on install of chemical filter, water softener & drinking water system. Work was carried out to a very high standard with all the equipment plumbed neatly into the utility/kitchen under sink cupboards. We live in a hard water area, so the improvements are significant.
