Hi Hayley thanks for your review, were glad to hear that you are enjoying your drinking water - just treating drinking water alone is a slightly more expensive option as the filters need changing more regularly, it is good however to have the peace of mind that you are drinking water with such a high purity (99%) when your filters are changed and that you are enjoying all of its healthy benefits. thanks.

We do care that our customers are receiving value for money here at PWP, we regularly check our servicing costs against other companies that offer a similar type of service, and we are always comparable in price. I must add that the servicing of a purification system is far more comprehensive than that of a standard water softener. I am pleased to confirm that we haven't increased our servicing charges for many years now - so you can be reassured that we always aim to give you a fantastic service at a great price! Thanks for your review, I have reached out to you to since posting this for discussion. Since the pandemic we have done a lot of the prep work for services and repairs in our workshop to limit time and customer contact in a house. I am not suprised that Elliot was with you for what was actually 45 minutes- as your vessel was prepped in advance for this very reason. There are times when non-warrantied additional work on systems needs to be carried out to maintain the quality of water desired, and this was the case for yours! Just the same as a car needs a service or M.O.T- water servicing is no different, it is working hard to treat every drop of water that enters your home to the highest specification. We have not increased the charges for standard servicing and filter changes in over five years, we always strive to offer fair prices. This was an expensive service on this occasion, but when your system is still in working order in twenty plus years time - you would be likely to consider this a wise investment. I am glad that you are happy with your system and all of it's benefits and we appreciate your custom.
