The technician looked at the appliance, checked everything - found the problem & fixed it immediately, then he checked the entire system, ran a service check & explained the whole process to us. Only downside it was two weeks after reporting problem that he came.

The Engineer's are always very polite, know their job. The softener has been very good since it was installed many years ago, Virtually maintenance free, top up the salt and wait for an annual visit.
