The Pure Water People

From booking this service to completion we received a professional job both from the office & here in our home. Our technician, Kevin was mindful of hygiene & Covid precautions and did a thorough service of our water treatment system. He listened to our observations of how the system was currently working & showed us the parts he was fitting & replacing. We are very pleased with the result and our purifier is now working perfectly again.

This was the annual review and the crv filter change. Ian arrived punctually and the work was carried out efficiently and in so doing, he answered and explained all my queries. The setting up of the appointment was easy over email and the extra work to replace the cold mixer tap valve was sorted out with no problem. We’ve been with the company for several years and they are excellent in all aspects of their operation and communication. You won’t be disappointed.

We’ve had the water filtration system for over 15 years and we are always delighted by the service we get from the Pure Water People. The service engineer was prompt and efficient and left the area tidy and clean.

Kevin the engineer was excellent, he arrived on time and kept to the agreed budget. He was a very likeable character and was in his element with my son's English Bulldog, a credit to the company. He was the first engineer to ever tell me how much salt I should be putting into the unit and was well organised. Kevin, keep up the good work.

The engineer Lewis is very helpful and tells you everything. Also, the system does what it should do. No limescale on the shower doors and no limescale in the kettle. Also, the radiators work better as there is no limescale in them. All in all, we are very pleased with the system.

We have had the annual service, carried out by Lewis, on our water purification system. The work, was, as ever, carried out competently and efficiently and Lewis was sure to establish with us whether we had any particular issues with the system. He also gave us useful pieces of advice on how to get the best use out of the equipment. Most importantly, we are left with excellent quality soft water, providing clear and pleasant drinking water, and completely cutting out limescale.

We have had the Aquatec Whole-House Water Purification System now for nearly 10 years and so far it has provided everything that the Pure Water People promised. Each year the annual service has been organised well in advance, carried out on time, speedily and at the promised price. Each engineer has given helpful advice on how to get the best from the system. Looking back on the last ten years we are glad that we made the right choice of equipment and the right people to maintain it.

Kevin serviced our filters and I felt reassured our system was working well and that our water is clean. He was prompt and efficient and friendly. I am a happy customer.

Had our yearly service done satisfactorily, as usual. Engineer is always friendly and professional, and explains any queries if we have any. This company fitted the system 16 years ago and have done the servicing ever since. 100% recommend.

We had a visit today, from Kevin, to change our water filters and check the system. Kevin arrived on time and explained everything that he was doing. The visit was quick and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending The Pure Water People and especially Kevin.

Our water softener system is now almost seventeen years old but still going strong. The service engineer, who remembered installing it all those years ago, came back to give it the regular service. As always, very pleasant manner and explained every process involved, including the way forward in the future when it will need replacing, hopefully not quite yet. It is good to have continuity with engineers, especially someone who explains everything in simple terms and is not condescending in his approach, and therefore is someone to be trusted.

the engineer kevin arrived bang on the appointment time . he was very efficent in his work and took all the time needed to service our water system fully .on completition we were given a full run down on what he had done .very pleasant gentleman ,we will be asking for kevin again when our next service is due

We have just had our annual maintenance service and RO system filter change done by Kevin. Kevin clearly stuck to Covid safety guidelines and was both extremely polite and knowledgeable. He recommended some changes to our system as it is now 15 years old and said he would get a quote for us but was in no way pushy. We have used this company to install the system 15 years ago and annually since then for servicing and we highly recommend them.

The service engineer, arrived on time and completed the service with a minimum of fuss and bother. He is polite and helpful and I look forward to seeing him next year.

The engineer replaced our 25 years old system with a new one. The work was excellent and quick and he was very friendly and able to work around our very inquisitive cats with no problem. Explained the system and tidied up before he left. Very pleased overall.

We have had our water purifier system now for around four years and in that time we have not had to descale our kettle or iron and reduced our electricity bill. Initially both kettle and iron had scale in them but within a couple of months, of installation, all the scale had reduced to nothing and, presumably as I haven't stripped them down, so had the scale in the washing machine and dish washer. The water heats up quicker, using much less electricity and so reducing our bill. Tea and coffee taste better, visitors usually comment on this, and we actually get soap suds when bathing and washing. The system is serviced each year, the company contacting us to arrange a visit and Lewis, our maintenance man, arrives on time, changes out the filters and carries out any adjustments quickly and efficiently. If we have any questions he always answers them in normal speak, i.e. not technical gobbledygook which we wouldn't understand. All in all The Pure Water People give an excellent service.

I have had my water unit serviced every year since purchase and every engineer that has visited has been prompt, professional helpful and informative. It isn`t the first time that Lewis has done my service, something he remembers which is a nice friendly touch. In fact I can only sing the praises of the company in general, right from the first phone call to book the appointment to when Lewis says `See you next year` Very happy customer

A month after having had my water purification system installed, I am so pleased with result. Scale has been banished from my sinks, kettle, bath and showers. Even my families skin has benefited. The water tastes good too and I'm prefer just drinking water now instead of adding cordial. Even the cat prefers it! Mike did a super job installing. He carefully designed the installation to take all my needs into account. Even the foam lagging of the pipes was meticulously done. The only downside of the work is that I've now become a clean freak as it's now so easy to do without all the chemical products. (See! I've cottoned on to you Brits use of sarcasm too :-) ).

The company supply & maintain water softening, filtering and purification systems for homes. I decided to have the unit installed several years ago because the local water supply is hard at 300ppm & my family were experiencing dry, flaking & sensitive skin due to washing and showering in the hard water. The unit supplies softened water at less than 40ppm & helped to resolve the sensitive skin issue. It also reduces scale forming in the kettle, on the shower head, cubicle screen and boiler. The unit also filters drinking water improving the taste of any drinks, tea coffee, squash and food etc made with it. When the maintenance team call to arrange a service they give a quote for the annual service. The engineers who call to service the unit are polite and helpful.
