The engineer turned up promptly on time and was polite throughout the whole of his visit. He knew all about our installation and asked if the problems that we had with the system last year, when it was reinstated after building works in the kitchen, had been sorted. The work was carried out efficiently with little mess and he wiped up water that was spilt.

Installation was very prompt following survey. Engineers arrived at specified time, worked efficiently, tidied up after themselves. They were very aware of distancing protocol as visit was during Covid pandemic. I had a few queries after about 2 weeks of the system being installed. Swift visit from another engineer. All my concerns dealt with satisfactorily, and no charge. Very pleased with the pureness and taste of the water we are now using.

Salesman came round on Monday 5/12/16 and was very professional, friendly and informative. He wasn't 'pushy' and we didn't feel pressured. We were surprised the system could be fitted that week - indeed the installer came and fitted it on Wednesday 7/12/16! What a professional and speedy service! First rate for customer service and workmanship. Definitely recommend them. Delighted with the system.

The Engineer arrived at promptly 8:50am and left at 9:35am after full completion of work. Everything was checked thoroughly. The filters in the reverse Osmosis unit were replaced. A new filter was installed in the purification tank. The engineer made a recommendation, one has peace of mind knowing that the system is in order and will be dealt with should anything go wrong.
