Helpful and informative water fitter service carried out. Would have preferred local staff as hope this would reflect in cost, they came from Bristol. Cost high, but sadly the ones qualified.

I would definitely recommend the products that The Pure Water People install. We had the Rainsoft TC-M4 with the CRV installed and the Ultrefiner II. Our water tastes like bottled water, cleaning is significantly easier, our skin is softer and just generally all the benefits are very clearly there. Kevin was our installer and he did a fantastic job, very efficient and kept us in the loop throughout whilst ensuring the job was done to our satisfaction. Two things I would mention is that the system is costly, £3750 for ours. The demonstration was really good but the sales person doing it was very pushy in trying to commit us to a sale. Understand it is his job, but it’s not very pleasant to experience - so if you don’t like that, bare it in mind. Regardless, we are very happy with the system and thank The Pure Water People for an overall great experience.

The whole house water treatment products that we supply to you are World class, premium quality systems, on average a customer has one of our systems in their home for around TWENTY YEARS! So whilst your investment in PWP and our products is not a cheap one, it is one that will continue to deliver exceptional quality water for many, many years to come, wrapping a ring of protection around your health and home. It will provide you with savings on not only energy, but longevity of appliances, cleaning products, bottled water..... the list goes on..... I am going to get in touch with you regarding your comments re the sales process, this is surprising we have never received a comment like this in over 1300 reviews. I am however very glad that this did not hinder your decision to choose us to be your water treatment provider. Here's to years of wonderful water and savings. Many thanks.

The engineer came to service and maintain a water softener/purifier that the company had installed 3 years ago. He thoroughly checked out the system that I had to move during kitchen refurbishment. He explained what he was doing & answered my questions. The charge was £150 & he was present for about an hour.

Appeared to service our water softener system professionally & methodically tidied up on completion and advised us on the procedure of his work and the working of the system. His work was on equipment both inside & outside but never shut an outside door after passing through it
