The Pure Water People

My unit was fitted in twenty nineteen and it has been regular serviced since then. The annual service was carried out with efficiency. The engineer was very polite and a friendly he complete the the job diligently and to a high standard. I can fully recommend Pure Water People.

We've had our water softener system for 11 to 12 years - working well. It was installed and has been maintained since by The Pure Water People. We have also been very pleased with the company, the people in the office and technicians, with regards to the service and care they have provided. Today's visit was from Lewis - he has been a couple of time - always good feedback and advice. Would definitely recommend the Pure Water People if you are looking for a water softener etc.

Lewis carried out the service on my equipment quickly and efficiently, without any fuss. He was also very polite and informative. I had the equipment fitted about ten years ago and have had it maintained every year with the same level if service.

Lewis was very knowledgeable and friendly and also extremely thorough, checking everything, from our water pressure in all taps throughout the house. The CRV was replaced (5-year replacement) and the drinking water filters changed. Lewis explained everything as he went along, and answered all our questions. Since having the Pure Water Whole House System Installed, Jane and I have been very impressed with no limescale at all, beautifully soft water in the shower and grade "A" drinking water, I highly recommend the whole house and drinking water to all UK households.

From initial contact The Pure Water Company kept their arrangements on time. The work was carried out by a very competent plumber who kept us informed of what was happening throughout the whole installation. We now have a much better performing water softener system that now keeps our plumbing free from limescale and provides softened water for the whole house plus very drinkable water straight from the tap. Excellent company to deal with.

We've been with this company for over 12 years. We're incredibly happy with the water purification system and the customer service. We have regular services to the system and they're always efficient. One of our regular engineers that comes out is Kevin. He's always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and he completes the service efficiently. He's brilliant. Our only gripe with the company is admin related. It never arranges (or alerts us to) for all the different parts of the service to the system to be done at the same time, and often charges us separate call out fees when jobs could be combined in one engineer visit (e.g. the 4-year CRV replacement, the membrane replacement and the 2-year service could be combined every 4 years for example). Our recent CRV replacement was 4 years overdue but we were not alerted until this year. If these issues were tightened up, the customer service would be flawless. And notwithstanding the admin issues, the actual engineers and system service is excellent!

Our water-softening system developed a leak (after 14 years!) so I had to by-pass the system. We immediately noticed the deterioration in our water quality which we had clearly come to take for granted over the past years. This was quite an 'eye-opener' and made us appreciate what a splendid and efficient system we had enjoyed faultlessly for so long. Mike duly arrived and rectified the fault immediately (a joint had parted) as well as undertaking his usual thorough service. He complied with the Trusted Traders Code of Conduct fully in every respect, is, in my opinion, an exemplary employee, and, as always, was courteous, informative, efficient and a pleasure to have on site. Well done, Mike; well done Pure Water!

Contacted 2 months prior to due date to arrange a convenient date/time plus quote for cost. Confirmation call 2 days ahead. Lewis called ahead to confirm his arrival time which was as agreed. Completed the service quickly and efficiently, was friendly and helpful throughout and checked that we were happy before leaving. Costs as quoted. We have had Pure Water's softening system for 11 years, have never had any problems with first class service every year. Would have no hesitation in strongly recommending The Pure Water People to others.

As a Northerner living down South you really do notice the poor water quality and the taste of chemicals in every glass of water. When we found PWP and installed our water system 6 years ago it really did make a difference. For one I was able to stop buying bottled water and enjoy a refreshing glass of water direct from the tap. Before installing the water system I had to descale my kettle every 3-4 weeks and buy a new one every year or so. Since installing the system I’ve not had to descale my kettle once or purchased a new one - amazing! The team at PWP really offer exceptional customer service from the team on the customer service desk through to the engineers who keep my system running smooth. Lewis has been servicing our system for a number of years. He’s really considerate when entering my home, tidy, efficient and always willing to explain or answer any questions I have. He even remembers conversations from the previous year and we pick up where we left off 🤪. There is also a noticeable difference in the reduced household product from soap, shampoo, cleaning products and even washing powder and conditioner. Every little helps with the current economy. Kevin of Pure Water attended to Service our home water softening system. Kevin explained clearly what he was going to do & why during this annual service visit based on an agreed service price. I have to say that Kevin did a first class professional job, he tested our water, flushed the system, replaced all the filters and reconfigured the control settings to optimise system performance. Kevin is an excellent engineer, he cleaned as he went, nothing was too much trouble, it was a pleasure to meet him.

I was delighted to find that Kevin, who did my annual service last year, was the engineer. He was very friendly, efficient and tidy. This year the CRV was replaced and still everything was carried out in under an hour. I highly recommend this company and Kevin in particular.

Very friendly and informative, told me how my usage compared to the average household. Quickly performed the normal annual tasks plus one which takes place every 4-5 years. Couldn't ask for more.

Kevin performed an annual service on my water treatment plant and rectified some significant frost damage. Work was done efficiently and cheerfully. Overall excellent service.
