This is the second time I have used The Pure Water Company in Bristol and for the 2nd time, their pre-sales communication and customer service from Kelly was exceptional. The installation engineer Kevin could not have been more helpful, professional, clean and tidy. Going the extra mile to explain the installation as it was taking place and making recommendations of how to cause the minimum disruption. I don't often right reviews but sometimes a company excels and Kevin and this team were amazing. Thank you.

Choosing Pure Water People for our water softener and drinking water filter installation was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. From start to finish, their service and the quality of their workmanship has been excellent. When it came to the installation, Mike their engineer was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment, and got to work with minimal disruption. The installation process itself was carried out with precision and attention to detail, as we had a slightly more complex kitchen tap setup. Once the water softener and drinking water filter were installed, the difference in water quality was immediate. Our once hard water was transformed into soft, silky water and any limescale buildup has been eliminated. As for the drinking water filter, the improvement in taste and purity was immediately noticeable. The water now tastes clean and refreshing, free from any unpleasant odours or aftertaste. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Pure Water People. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality have earned them our trust as satisfied customers.

Annual check and maintenance on our water softening/purifying system, carried out just now. As always we're confident that expert and thorough work has been done. Today it was Lewes; he seemed to do everything that could possibly be required, and he was a pleasure to deal with. We trust these people. The whole thing involves significant expense but I don't consider the charges unreasonable and we're glad to receive the benefits we get as customers. The people in the Bristol office are always efficient and courteous. That, too, does make a difference.

After 20 years use it was time to replace/upgrade our water treatment system. We contacted The Pure Water People to get the balling rolling, yesterday Mike turned up bright and breezy at the stated time. He was professional and very helpful as he got on with the job until completion. The system in Mike went onto go into detailing the differences and went through the instructions on what we needed to do after he had left, which was clear and helpful. Would I recommend, yes would I ask for Mike...definitely!! Thanks again Team!!

Our water system needed to be replaced having had the old one for 25 years! The service that we have had has always been excellent so we had no hesitation to have a new system installed. Kevin arrived on time. He was polite and very tidy. He explained what the job entailed and suggested best positioning of the new system. We were kept well informed throughout the installation. Our stop tap was very difficult to close and he resolved this problem for us. Thank you

Lewes arrived promptly and carried out the annual service. This was done very thoroughly and every step was clearly explained. I have dealt with this company a number of years and found their system to be extremely beneficial as we live in a hard water area.

Mike was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to give me the information I requested. He tidied up after and was considerate throughout.

Just had my new water softener (Premier Compact HF). The lady who came to quote was informative, friendly and respective of my physical needs. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful as well as polite every time I called. Kevin (the fitter) arrived on time, was friendly, he had a horrible time installing the kit as the space was tighter than expected. However his professionalism meant he coped and was able to carry out the fitting, in a clean and timely manner.

The company phoned to arrange for a routine service visit that was due. The person making the arrangements was very clear about what would be done and accommodating as to the date and time for the service. Lewes, the service engineer, arrived on time and explained what he would be doing to carry out the service. I told him that there had been an intermittent problem recently and he said he would look into it. Following a very thorough check of the complete system, he made adjustments that he said should clear the problem. He explained what these adjustments were and the effect they would have to prevent the problem occurring again. He then carried out the full service, changing filters and making any necessary further adjustments. He then fully tested the system and put all insulation and covers back in place. He explained what I should do after he had left and the short time to give the system to return to full operation before it was used again. He also said to contact the company again if any further problems occurred. I had the system installed 11 years ago and the routine services have always been carried out on time and with similar thoroughness to this one. The small problem that occurred this time was the first time the system has not worked completely as it should.

Annual changing of filters carried out by Lewes with the usual efficiency. Did the regular check and gave advice where needed. Also excellent service from Kelly, Charlotte and Mary in the office who look after appointments and also provided great advice re salt.

Mike from The Pure Water People attended today to install a pure water filtration system and water softener. Communication with the company was excellent. They conducted a demonstration and site survey. Arrived promptly on the day and completed quality work with little disturbance so I was able to continue working during the installation. Mike explained the system well and provided details on who and how to contact the company of I experienced any issues. I would recommend this company as there is no ‘hard sell’.

Very happy with the sales process and the performance of the Gold Package. Due to the location of our waste pipe, the installation was not straight forward. Mike’s service, during the installation, was exceptional and he was a pleasure to work with. He worked well beyond normal working hours to ensure that everything was completed to his satisfaction.

Having already used a water softener from The Pure Water People for the last 20 years. The softener system needed to be replaced. As always, I am very happy with the service received by them. The installation engineer, Kevin, who attended arrived on time, was polite, courteous and tidy in their work. I found his attitude to be exemplary, and even left the bathroom floor tidier than when he arrived (apologies Kevin for that).

Can’t recommend this company and the service they provide enough. Lewis was very thorough, explained everything and did a fantastic job. We’ve had our system for around seven years now and have no complaints.

Thoroughly deserves its Which recommended status. Fitting the filter to our system had more than its share of challenges - but the team coped amazingly (Mike and Nigel). Since it has been fitted over 2 years ago we've had great aftercare from the company, but the system has functioned essentially faultlessly. Our water now tastes better than any tap water we've ever tasted - and that's not counting the good it must be doing us not having all those nasty bits of plastic going through our bodies. As for the lack of limescale all over our house now it's been installed...wow!

Kevin has just been to service our water softener system. What a lovely guy! Polite, friendly, explained what he was going to do, gave me the results of the water tests straight away. It seems a rat had been chewing the pipes so Kevin has advised what to do about it and has lagged all the pipe work as extra protection. He showed me photos to show what he’d done. All work carried out as necessary and as quoted. All replaced filters taken away. Very happy with this company and one of the best “home improvement” we’ve done. Thank you!

Lee our installer was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable. He has done excellent job installing the system and also explained how to use the system through the app. Overall very happy the work done by Lee.

Water machine was due to be serviced between 13:00 to16:00. Company phoned could they call now please, yes. Ian turned up again as he did last year, serviced the machine, no problems. As usual he was polite, professional, didn’t miss anything out. He is always very helpful & reliable, look forward to seeing him next year. Thanks The Pure Water People for all your awesome staff, from the girls in the office to the service engineers, fantastic to do business with you.

Kevin, our installer was a great chap. Cheerful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will ask for him by name in future when we next require any upgrades or general servicing.

The service was exemplary; Mike was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and carried out the work without leaving any mess at all. The job was the installation of a replacement water softener. I was given a clear indication of cost and the timetable for the work. The new unit was installed professionally without fuss and some incidental plumbing issues were solved as this was done. I have used this firm before for servicing my old unit and have always found them a pleasure to deal with.

The PWP has been excellent in every way. Our Old water softener system was starting to need replacement after 20years of service. We started to look into it in October 23 and finally decided to go ahead in November. After contacting the Pure Water People, we got a quote and a date for installation for very early January 2024. Soon after the Agreement was done, my Old house Boiler was condemned, which means we had to postpone the installation of the Water Soft System until after the New boiler was in. The boiler installation took longer then expected, however PWP was very considerate, and was prepared to make all necessary adjustments to facilitate the new water soft system installation. The day came and Kevin, the engineer was appointed to do it. Kevin was very professional, Informative and very good in every way, very polite, and the work he did was that of First Class. Thank you Kevin. I also need to mention Kelly at the PWP office who was always very polite and patient with all the logistics. Thank you Kelly. I am very happy with the system and the price was a good deal. Thank you PWP.

Brought my annual water softener service forward due to unwanted mice chewing through a cable. Kelly in the office super helpful with the booking and quote. Visit and time confirmed working day before the appointment. Kevin the engineer arrived on time, very courteous explained exactly what he was going to do, checked throughout the visit that I was happy with the work. Very neat and tidy. Cost was as per estimate.
