We booked a full maintenance with Liam and got the best servicing and maintenance. He explained everything in detail, answered all our questions with patience and ensured we were happy with everything at each step. Very friendly polite and helpful and highly recommend this engineer to anyone who is getting their servicing or maintenance for their Aquatec system. We will only choose him for our servicing in the future.

I have used Aquatec for the last seven years and find the engineers to be competent and knowledgeable, They always arrive on or before time and are polite and friendly workers. My last service the weather was very wet and cold but he got on with the service in the wet without a moan and completely checked out all the systems in the house. I have now had a whole house water purification system by Aquatec for over a year, excellent results and would not not live without it now. The filters were due to be replaced and this was done today. Excellent service in reminding me of this and setting up a date convenient to me for this change to be done. Kevin who installed the filters today was marvelous, showing me in great detail what needed to be done in case I decided to attempt this myself in the future. Friendly and efficient are just tow words I chose to describe Kevin, what an asset to Aquatec. He reset the system tested the water shook hands and went on to his next job --well done Aquatec!!

Lewis came out today and told me exactly what is going on with the system replaced all filters did all the system checks all over and done with in 45 mins I have always expected good service from this company and I get it.

We have had their filtration system for nearly 10 years and we have never regretted the investment. Having full pressure filtered water throughout the house is so much better than living with the hard water in our area. They may not be the cheapest systems but they do a great job. Some reviewers complain about the cost of the annual service but they may not realise it includes replacement filters as well as the labour. Unfortunately, after 10 years the wooden box used to house the system outside our house finally succumbed to the weather and needed to be replaced, so we ordered a replacement box. The very friendly engineer (Mike Hagues) turned up on time and installed the new box. This required him to rearrange the system to make the layout more compact and while he was at it he reordered the filters (because since it was installed the recommended sequence has changed). The marine ply used is better than the original and this time it comes supplied with insulation to reduce the risk of freezing. The work was undertaken very professionally and the end result looks great. Plus it is a slightly smaller box, which is better.

Lewis provided his usual efficient service again. Arrived on time, explained what he was going to do in his friendly manner, and completed the work quickly without problems. He gave me a couple of tips for getting the best from the system and payment by credit card was processed promptly. For coronavirus safety he wore a mask throughout.

Firstly I would like to thank The Pure Water People Administration team for a very timely reminder that our water softening system was due its annual servicing; for booking an engineer date and time that suited ourselves, and for providing a quote of the expected cost. The engineer (Ian) arrived at exactly the beginning of the quoted timeframe and was as pleasant and chatty as he always is (we have had Ian carrying out the maintenance on our system for many years). He asked about any issues we had with the system and then explained what planned maintenance and component replacement he was carrying out. I was then able to leave Ian to carry out his work whilst continuing with my own. On completion Ian had tidied everything and left no mess in either the kitchen or garage where our filtering systems are. He explained what he had done, what issues he had found and what components had been replaced. He then explained how the system would take a few hours to stabilise again but said if we had any issues or worries we could give him a call and he would sort them out as required. We have had no further issues so haven't needed to call him. On completion I was able to pay Ian for the work rather than have to contact the Admin team again which was really convenient and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend The Pure Water People if you are thinking of installing a Water Softening System in your house.

We have had a water system with the company for about 15 years and always going them to be friendly, helpful, flexible and efficient. We used to have the full system but at the moment just have the drinking water unit. We were called reminding us of the need for a service should we require it and booked the next slot available when an engineer was in the area. We had a reminder to say when Kevin would be coming and he turned up bang on time. Kevin is always very friendly and helpful and takes time to explain what is needed and why. He was helpful in advising us when we moved in and we asked for him again this year to change the necessary filters. Always brilliant service and we have been impressed with this company since the beginning. Thank you!

Lewis carried out filter changes and a thorough test of the system and flow rates throughout the house. The works were quickly and efficiently carried out, he was very informative and gave advice on frost protection.

The annual service was planned in advance with timing and budget carefully explained. It was carried out efficiently, on the timetable planned by a clearly competent technician. The replacement of a vital cylinder was known beforehand to be needed, and its role was clearly explained to me. The clock in the installation was reset to display the correct time. I was assured that all was well with the water purifying machine. The technician was masked and fully complied with the virus regulations. The equipment was purchased in 2005, and I have felt confident with its performance ever since, and also with the maintenance. Undoubtedly, the kit enhances our water quality. Of course the central heating radiators have befitted. A great initial purchase, carefully looked after ever since.

Great service from Pure Water People. My water purifier was installed some years ago with no problems, they have just completed the annual check while in COVID conditions. Our engineer Lewis was very pleasant, efficient and swift. These guys were called Acquatech when I initially had the installation completed and not had any problems.

The engineer arrived when he said and carried out the work in a very professional way - annual maintenance on our Pure Water System. He explained a number of points that would help us to get the best out of the system which was very helpful. He carried out a number of checks and explanations to ensure the equipment was working at optimum capacity. A credit to his company.

I have been a customer of this company since about 1992 before I married in Bristol and after I moved to my present address. They are excellent . Lewis attended this time and explained to me what he was doing and advised me to make certain changes which will be done shortly. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. I think the length of time I have been a customer speaks for itself. The work was excellent this time as always.

I was very pleased with service provided by Kevin on 11 November to upgrade my water softener system. He was courteous, professional and competent. Everything was done to the agreed schedule and budget.

About our sixth annual service for the “whole house” system installed by the Pure Water People of Bristol. Work completed by Lewis who has visited several times previously for the annual service work which includes testing the water quality, replacing filters and re-calibrating the settings. Helpful advice is also provided on usage and functioning to enable us to enjoy the benefits of properly filtered drinking and general use water and a scale-free supply.

Kevin, the engineer, arrived at exactly the time arranged this am, to service our water softener. He was very polite & didn't mind working around us + 3 young grandchildren. I have been with this firm (Aquatech) for many years now & have always been treated with the greatest respect.

Pure Water People came to refit and service my water system. The man arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and neatly. He even fixed my leaking sink! These guys are the best.

Arrived promptly following arranged time carried out service and replacement filters without any problems explained following service what he had done and what we should do next. Filled up a comprehensive sheet of work carried out and the amount due had already been entered as agreed by the office. Delivery of salt had arrived before service and without paying until service a very trusting company whom we have had the pleasure of dealing with over a number of years now. Due to medical needs in the household, the appointments which had been made had to be cancelled during the last few months but the company had been very helpful in handling the take up of another scheduled time and very understanding to our needs. We had a water purification system installed by ‘The Pure Water People’, formerly known as ‘Aquatec’, some 9 years ago. Each year around July/August we have a regular inspection, and service as required, carried out by the Aquatec engineers. This morning Kevin conducted the annual service, having kindly phoned us with an accurate estimated time of arrival, he was punctual, courteous and very tidy in carrying out the appropriate service. Afterwards Kevin was extremely helpful and positive in advising what needed to be done to relocate our purification unit to accommodate planned building work. Overall his performance was excellent, he is a splendid ambassador for ‘The Pure Water People’, and maintained the very good service we have experienced from them over the past 9 years. Thank you.

Kevin (who has serviced our filters before, though this is our first review) was clean, polite, quick and efficient. During our annual service he changed the filters and adjusted the water hardness on our filter machine to ensure it's working properly and at its best. We hope we can arrange it so he comes again next year, as we find his work efficient and him polite and good company.

Pure Water have always serviced my water system and they always carry out their work to a high standard, so I'm always very pleased with the work their operative do, however, today's engineer was outstanding! Kevin came to fix a leak in my pure water system and I cannot recommend his work highly enough! He was informative, knowledgeable and professional - he also cleared up completely after himself leaving his working area spotless. Excellent work!! :)

The annual service was carried out with great efficiency. The engineer, Kevin, arrived promptly at the appointed time and we found him to be an extremely competent and helpful individual; he was a real credit to his employer. The work was undertaken at the agreed time and at the agreed price.

The unit was fitted in 2013 and it has been regularly serviced since then. This 2022 service also required the CRV filter to be renewed. As has always been the case the office informed us of Kevin the engineers time of arrival. He was on time, very efficient, cleaned the work area and explained the work that had been done to me. I can fully recommend Pure Water People as an excellent firm.

We had a visit from sales person - very helpful and knowledgable and also educational too. Was not hard sell - more a sell in the last 5 minutes or so but easily manageable - not pressurised. Given it was January we got a quick installation ( 2 days later) - on a Saturday which surprised us. We got confirmation phone calls as promised and Mike arrived bang on time ( after a long drive) and having started at 0830 he was done by 3pm - with everything boxed in and explained. Installation itself could not have been smoother, incredibly tidy and all rubbish removed . All appears to be working smoothly so we just have to wait for the impact on our appliances and taste buds Quality of equipment looks good on sight but the Rainsoft equipment used also has good reviews in the US (where it is from ). We will take a longer view on value when we start to see impact

Very professional thought out. I sent an online enquiry and was called back the next day and an appointment was booked for a rep to come to the house at a time that suited us. Neill was very professional and explained everything to us. The engineer was then booked for a day to suit us. Mike arrived to fit the system. He was given a challenge as it was not a straightforward fitting, but rose to the challenge and completed the job very professionally. Mike was very polite and cleared up behind himself. He answered any questions I had and explained everything he was doing. He has great knowledge of the system. All telephone conversations with the company were polite and professional. From first contact to fitting completion (all within a week) we have been very happy. Not had any problems, but feel they would be very approachable with any queries. Would recommend.

The fitter Elliot arrived early and set about carrying out the service. I was advised in advance by the office that due to age the filter to my system would need exchange. Elliot carried out this change and made sure my water softener was functioning effectively and all the settings were correct. Full test was carried out. Elliot was friendly and was happy to answer my questions, he accepted a coffee but did not stop work until the service was complete. I then made a card payment for the work and service carried. Overall I am very happy with the job done. I have been a customer of Pure Water for many years and they have always been very accommodating and upfront and straight with there customer service and all the fitters over the years have been effective.

I have used Pure Water since having my system installed some years back. Pure Water provides an excellent service, arrive on time, are respectful, and even offer payment plans for those who need them. Whenever I have needed to call for help to reset the system or even be reminded which type of salt I use (!) the admin and technical team members are always very pleasant I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Water to anyone.

We have used the company before and the engineer has always arrived in the allotted time slot. Kevin who did the service yesterday was polite, professional and cleaned up as he went along.

I have had a very good experience with Pure Water and previously Aquatec at this address and at my old house at GL56 9AE. I often recommend it to my neighbours, telling them how clean kettles are kept and how good for all radiators. As for the carbonated water I produce with it - terrific.

Pure Water People technicians - Kevin this time, have carried out the bi-annual service of my water softener since I bought the equipment from the company some years ago. The maintenance work is always done in a thorough and professional manner by a knowledgeable, polite and helpful personnel who leave a detailed explanation of what they did. The company maintains a complete record of my equipment and its maintenance and reminds me each time the next service is due. The cost of ongoing maintenance is still reasonable, even though it has risen 10% since two years ago, and the increase was only to be expected in view of the all-around increase in the costs experienced by all commercial companies.

Mike and his colleague did an excellent job, they were on time and went the extra mile to ensure work was professional and performed to a high standard. Mike provided clear instructions and information on the service back up. Would recommend the company.

We had the water softener fitted 19 years ago when our daughter was young and suffering from eczema. Once of the main causes was the hard water in her baths, we also has scale in the kettle and discolouration on the taps. After the softener was fitted the eczema cleared up quite quickly and over the course of a year or two the limescale disappeared. We've had the same kettle for 10 years when the previous one lasted less than 5. We get through far fewer cleaning products than we did before and the soap seems to last for ages. Having had the softener for so long, we'd never want to be without one in the future. Our service today was quick and efficient. Lewis was very knowledgeable about the system and able to recommend future options for maintenance and upgrades. Noting the age of they system we know it won't last for ever so knowing there are options available has given us peace of mind.

Well impressed with the service, which was carried out swiftly and thoroughly. The service engineer, Lewis, arrived on time and immediately went to work, changing all filters, carrying out water tests, and tweaking the settings in accordance with his findings. He kept us informed of each step and gave us advice on the use of the system, even finding time to reassure our timid rescue dog, who is normally perturbed by strangers, but quickly accepted Lewis.
