Professsional. The engineer had visited many times in the past and explained how it all worked. A good experience.

We've had our Aquatec water softener for about 11 years & it has been great. Today we had our annual service by Mike. What an exceptional engineer. His knowledge is outstanding & he was willing to answer our numerous questions. He was also able to sort out a slight leak we've had for some years. Previous engineers hadn't been able to identify the cause. Throughout the appointment, Mike was professional, friendly & attentive.

After seeing what was actually in our water when the various test chemicals were added, we had by then already made our minds up that we wanted this for our house. Our glass kettle is now totally free of limescale & looks as good as the day it came out of the box! The installation was excellent, I was surprised that it was only one chap, but he was very neat & tidy with his work both in & outside the house. I would highly recommend The Pure Water People

The entire process of buying and having this system installed was easy. The installation went like clockwork and was carried out by people that were friendly and knew the product and did an excellent job with no hitches,even returning a couple of weeks later to fit a plinth to the outside enclosure. A job well done.

This external unit was fitted in one day after seeing a very compelling scientific demonstration of the benefits to my local hard water supply. The system came with a new dual tap for separate double filtered drinking water. The unit was encased in a neat wooden framed stained box with all pipes protected and internally the equipment was frost protected by insulation pillows. The box top also doubles as a BBQ table layout! Operationally, the water effects were immediate. Drinking/food boiling water had a much cleaner taste. The water felt smooth on the skin, almost soapy, due to the absence of dissolved solids, although essential minerals are introduced after filtration. Water boiled in pans or kettles took approximately two thirds of the time compared to before, saving electricity and gas. Lime scale was reduced across all water outlets around the house, reducing cleaning and saving on chemicals. Most importantly, the dishwasher now requires neither salt or rinse aids with glasses and dishes remaining sparkling. Clothes also felt softer when washed. A highly recommended system from an excellent company and installer. The money benefits are multiple overall, comprising reduced energy bills, and zero or very low outlay on cleaning chemicals.

Today,Lewis came in to service our unit which we’ve had since 2007. We have this serviced every 2 years. Lewis explained that everything was fine with the unit and the water quality was good. Would certainly recommend the pure water people to anyone for their good,efficient service.

We had the Aquatec Whole House Purification System installed in January 2014. We live in the Chilterns a very high rated hard water area. Kettles, cysterns, taps everything was caked in limescale. The choice was one of the best decisions, the installation was impecable, the two engineers were professional, polite, considerate and helpful. The impact on our house has been palpable kettles last a long time, sinks and taps no longer encrusted with limescale, toilets and cysterns easy to maintain, we do not buy bottled water since the installation. Annually we have the system serviced, the engineers are all of the same professional, polite efficient standard, punctual courteous. Happy to share what they are doing and why. I would highly recommend this product and the service.

The annual service of our water filtration system was carried out yesterday by Elliot. He arrived on time and I found him a polite, well-mannered engineer who carried out the necessary work professionally.

We had our water softener and filter equipment's yearly maintenance carried out once more by Lewis. He was punctual and explained everything that needed to be done. Work carried out was fast and proficient. We have complete confidence in his workmanship.

Mike Hagues came to do our annual service, and having been the one to install our system he was familiar with our setup, as well as our neighbour's whom he attended to at the same time. I was busy with calls and he was really quick and efficient with my time so that he wasn't a bother, and as always I felt like he really wanted to do the best job he could, and make sure the system was working optimally for us. That wasn't just because he had a checklist to follow, it was more than that. I've always had a good experience with the Pure Water People.

The space beneath the kitchen units is limited so all equipment was installed outside in a built cabinet, which was then treated to a waterproof stain. The system was explained to us in simple terms. All work was carried out in one day and the taste of the water was noticeably improved. After a couple of days the water drawn from the storage tank was softer. We elected to have a separate tap to supply drinking water. The only downside is that washing hands in the water leaves the skin feeling as though there is still soap on them, this was explained by the Rep that sold us the system so was expected and we take care when handling glasses with wet hands. We use less detergent and soap, kettles and pans do not get scale residue, the hot water and heating systems do not fur up. Great investment!

We have had an Aquatech soft water system for around 10 years and Mike from Pure Water People has serviced it for most of that. He is all that you want in a service engineer. He is polite, knowledgeable and efficient and a credit to the company. He has just undertaken the annual service with the minimum of fuss. We know that if we have any problems with the system that they will be dealt with in a highly professional manner.

Lewis has been here before glad it was him very professional friendly and informative gave me advice also replaced drinking tap and explained how to use it better very helpful.

Our water system was installed back in March whilst other building work was being carried out. I have delayed the review until now so that we had a true picture of the system working. We live in a cottage which has been extended from every angle so nothing is straight forward. The walls are very thick. Our engineer was Mike and we found him to be very competent and knowledgeable in respect of both the system he was installing and the plumbing in our house. Mike ensured the pipework was hidden (no mean feet through our walls) and all pipework under the sink was incredibly neat and all the rubbish removed. The system itself is fantastic and other than filling the salt chamber it runs itself. We so wish we had had it installed earlier. We would like to say that both Kelly in the office who organised our visits some at short notice whilst our other builders were on site and Mike are both an asset to your company.

We have had our system for 5 years and have been very pleased with it. Long gone are the days when we had to descale kettles, taps and shower heads. The company has always given excellent service and Lewis has been our regular engineer calling by way of prearranged appointment to undertake an annual service of our system. He followed Covid 19 guidelines and we felt safe during his visit. We would thoroughly recommend this company and its product.

We're very happy with the installed system we have and the annual service was carried out very efficiently with minimum interruption by the engineer (Lewis) at the arranged date and time.

We have had our system for four years now and, despite the high initial cost, have never regretted it for a moment, Lewis arrived on time and carried out the annual service very efficiently. He has been to us before so knew where everything was and it was good to see a familiar face again. As usual he explained what he had done and gave us a few suggestions for the year ahead. We are very happy with the quality of water we get and the service from Pure Water People who have all been very friendly and efficient to deal with.

We've had a Rain Soft / Aquatec filter system for a few years now and we've had no problems with it at all. The Pure Water People look after the annual servicing and maintenance and we've always been happy with their service too. Technician Lewis came to us again this year, prompt and friendly as usual. He had due regard to the various 'Covid Safety' requirements, he checked that the information that they had about our installation and our existing water supply was still current, and then went about his work explaining what he was doing and why. Lewis left the work area clean and tidy, and gave clear advice as to our next steps and what to do if we found or perceived any problems. We have found that the filtered water we use is better for us than the water as supplied by the water authority, and if anybody is looking for such a filter system I would recommend having a serious look at this company first.

Lewis did his usual competent job on our water filtration system. He is thorough and keeps me informed of what he is doing as he works and what may happen in the future.

As usual a cheerful, informative visit to service our system. All waste containers were taken away so no need to figure out any recycling issues. Instructions as to running of tap to boost drinking water chamber were carefully explained, so good for general users.

Our engineer was Kevin. He provided an excellent service. Very knowledgable and walked me through what he was doing as I was showing an interest. Left the place nice and tidy. The product itself is excellent. Nice clean water and while the service is in progress you can see the filters being changed with the dirt and grime being removed. To think we would be drinking that from our taps if not for their water system!

Kevin was the engineer who was punctual, friendly and well mannered. The work was carried out efficiently and I was very pleased with the way he did the annual service. He left everything in a clean state and I was impressed with his workmanship (installed extra pipe lagging).

Kevin arrived on time as agreed - wearing a mask. He installed a new tap and in the process sorted out some problems left by a previous plumber (different company!) We were asked to look at the work as it progressed and Kevin explained what he was doing. A pleasure to have such a knowledgeable man and a very pleasant person. We need filtered water more than ever with so much pollution on this planet. It is reassuring.

The technician (Kevin) arrived on time and carried out the repair work and serviced the system very thoroughly and efficiently. He was also very polite and friendly and extremely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

From booking this service to completion we received a professional job both from the office & here in our home. Our technician, Kevin was mindful of hygiene & Covid precautions and did a thorough service of our water treatment system. He listened to our observations of how the system was currently working & showed us the parts he was fitting & replacing. We are very pleased with the result and our purifier is now working perfectly again.
