Sash Window Workshop recently installed four replacement French doors and a replacement casement window in our home. The window was a relatively routine assignment, but the doors were more challenging, because they are very large and have an unusual (and very beautiful) curved shape. We had very specific requirements for the doors, as to shape, double-glazing, glazing bars, locking mechanism, and materials. Before choosing Sash Windows, we shopped for months and visited the showrooms of multiple suppliers, none of whom was able to deliver bespoke doors that would meet our requirements. Finally, we found that Sash Windows would produce exactly what we wanted. They were meticulous in ensuring that what they were going to build was in line with our requirements, and would fit the pre-existing openings for the doors. The installers were efficient, polite, punctual, and competent in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend Sash Windows for door and window installations.

The initial meeting, the survey, and then installation were carried out by people who could communicate well and everything happened when they said it would. What a brilliant customer experience, from start to finish! We had been considering switching to double glazed Sash windows for over 7 years and how happy are we that we waited and found The Sash Window Workshop! From the initial quoting process with Ronan, which was super detailed and responsive, to all the support from Daniel in the technical details and reviews needed for us to gain the necessary approvals with our managing agent (which wasn't an easy process!). We were surprised to have such quick turnaround for the manufacturing, with 1 month only lead time for our installation window. Elizabeth and Vera were super quick in the planning and communications and Beau was always available and patient to clarify all my queries about the paint colours. When it came to the installation date, another great surprise with the utmost professionalism from the team. Paul, Paulo and Martin were the main leads and everything worked so efficiently, the flat was always left tidy at the end of the day and care and attention was taken with the building regulations around quiet time and access. We could not believe that 15 Sash windows could be installed in just 3 days and they were! It honestly felt like magic and the windows look beautiful. Excellent experience from start to finish. Great service from the survey team up front, were open about the costs and benefits that new windows would bring. Smooth ordering and payment service. On the day the fitter was professional and personable. Did an excellent job of removing and installing new windows. The windows themselves are excellent. Great quality, and proper ventillation mean no more condensation. And its like someone put the outside world on mute! We will be coming back for more windows in the future.

We had two new windows installed at the top of our house. The whole process from first call out for a quote and survey to the installation was handled very professionally. We were kept informed at all times of the progress of the order and the team who came were courteous, skilled and completed the job within the specified timeframe. They explained the installation process at every stop and cleaned up after the job was done. We highly recommend the company.

It's been a total pleasure to work with this company. I needed a new front door and from beginning to end everything ran smoothly, schedule and budget on time and price never changed. After my door was fitted the guys tidied up the location and left it even better than they found it. Everyone involved were totally professional and just genuinely very nice people! The Sash Window Workshop replaced all 11 sash windows in our house with brand new double-glazed accoya wood units. The whole process was smooth, efficient and professional and we are very happy with our new windows! The whole project was completed on budget and on time and the fitting team were diligent, clean and looked after our house as best at they could given the intrusive nature of the work. I was delighted with the service I received from the Sash Window Workshop. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive about having my old window removed and a new one installed. I imagined all sorts of things that could go wrong but in fact it couldn't have gone more smoothly. A few weeks before the installation, one of the experts came to measure the window exactly. On the day itself, Steve inserted the window with no problems even though he had to carry the new window and all his tools up a narrow, winding staircase. He arrived on time, covered the furniture and carpets with clean dust sheets, and did an excellent job of fitting the new window. I was very relieved that it went so smoothly - and the new window looks very smart. I would certainly recommend the Sash Window Workshop.

We had the front sashes of our double-fronted house redone, replacing the old single glazing. The service was professional from start to finish. Communication was clear at every step, from the quote to the final installation. The team worked exactly on schedule with minimal disruption. The quality of the work was excellent, down to the smallest finishing touches and cleanup. No surprises just a smooth, well-executed job.
