The oven element did not work. I was told that the engineer would be here on the 9th and that he would phone me approx 20 minutes before he would arrive which he did. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently and then tested that it worked and that the temperature was correct. He cleaned away everything. At all times he wore a mask. He explained that the element was under guarantee for a year and that I should keep the invoice safe and just to contact them if there was a problem.

I needed the work done quickly and Steven was very responsive. He managed to get the part I needed quickly and completed the job very professionally

Our Washing Machine died on the Friday previously. I telephoned the shop first thing on Monday and a new machine was delivered and installed by lunchtime. This is not the first time we have used this trader and our previous experiences have also been very positive

I have D&G Insurance & they could not come out until 2 weeks - with washing still inside I was not at all happy with their response eventually they agreed I could contact an engineer privately & they would reimburse me. I called The Service Shop late Friday & was informed their Engineer could come on Monday! Excellent! The Engineer arrived released the washing out of the machine & told me it needed a new drum & door seal which they would order. The next day the called to say it would be delivered to them around 4/6/21. The Service shop contacted me on the 3/6 to say it had arrived & made an appointment with me for Monday 7/6/21. Steven, The Engineer arrived repaired my machine efficiently & cleanly. From start of contacting The Service Shop to completion was 7 working days which was half the time my Insurance informed me they could complete! I Highly recommend The Service Shop for any repairs you require - their Service was exemplary from start to finish.
