The Window Centre was established in 1978 and is still a family run business. With over 88% of our business coming from existing clients or recommendations we are extremely proud of our team and the work we produce. All of our installation teams are fully employed and paid a weekly wage as opposed to a percentage of the contract value, this stops the temptation to rush installations. Paul our Managing Director visits every sales enquiry, he discusses your ideas and with his professional thoughts designs your quote around your requirements, he revisits once you have accepted our quotation and measures the products ready for manufacture. All our products are British Made!! TWC offer exceptionally high quality products and installations which are all covered by a ten year insurance backed warranty. We believe in offering competitive prices for exceptional high quality products and installations. Big enough to cope, small enough to care!!

Just wanted to say that from day one the team have been great. No pushy sales pitch and if you have any questions they are answered swiftly. The work itself was carried out extremely professionally, and everything was left clean and tidy upon completion. Overall they have been great.

I was reluctant to change my old wooden sliding sash windows as I didn't want to lose the character of the house. Paul & Jason were extremely knowledgeable, they offered different options without being pushy but also recommended what would look the best. They have a wealth of knowledge between them from being in the business for many years. The work was completed with very little disruption. Their installers were polite & considerate & very tidy. Extremely happy with upgrade. They look super, in character, warmer & all working well. Super job. Highly recommend this established & experienced company.

My confidence and faith in the Window Company were lost when they installed the wrong order. Paul had visited my property on numerous times and on each occasion said: “It doesn’t matter how many times I visit we want to get it right!”.The paint was coming off the Composite Door , lead was damaged, the rubber seal was split, the silicone seal was shoddy, the mid-rails had gaps in them. They damaged the floor and wall in my hall as they didn’t put anything down to protect it and they messed up my alarm by glueing it back rather than using screws! I had to get 3 more keys cut as Paul said the door came with 6 keys but it only came with 3 and I’m still waiting to be reimbursed! Eventually, the order was replace but the new Composite Door was also faulty and had paint coming off. This was installed in February and Paul has not been even been to overlook it! I’ve been threatened with The Small Claims Court as I refused to have a brand new expensive door ‘touched up!’ .The Window Centre have now agreed to replace this faulty door since I got a Solicitor involved. This has been going on for over a year now and they have caused me so much stress. They have ignored emails and Facebook messages. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and the people who recommended me feel dreadful. 🙁

Recent work replacement guttering, soffits and facias. High quality work friendly conscientious team of chaps who answered questions when asked and tidied site at end of each day. On site early and worked all day in the blazing heat. We have previously had replacement front door, french doors and windows carried out by this company at our current property. Again first class job and competitively priced. Jason offered suggestions of window opening design in kitchen window which we wouldn’t have thought about. This has given me a lovely ‘picture’ window overlooking our lovely garden. We have been previous customers with this company on 3 other properties. Yes we are serial movers! Jason, Paul and their team offer a professional experience based on years in the business. Sue who runs the office is very efficient and knowledgeable a pleasure to deal with. The after care service is also very good.

We are delighted with our new gable conservatory with a modern solid roof with glass panels. They gave us a detailed and innovative plan and were very conscientious. We were impressed with the time and budget which was on schedule as agreed from day 1. They did a superb and professional job and provided us with excellent advice. We found the company very helpful and tidy. Nothing was too much for them. We highly recommend The Window Centre.

Very happy with the work, the guys came out and done the majority of the windows and the front door. The products were very high standards. gave us lots of options and didn't push us into anything. you didn't even know they were in, they cleared up at the end of everything. all completed budget and time. very polite and professional lads. We had an orangery built. We're really pleased with the end product and the builders were great. We would definitely go back to The Window Centre for any work we need doing in the future. Also, they completed the work during lockdown and were really good with following social distancing.
