Because their work is head and shoulders above the rest; advice is sound; the guys working are polite, clearly know their stuff and are in the very best sense just get on with the job. We don't even bother asking other firms these days.

This is the second time I have used this company and would not hesitate to use again. Very impressed with their professionalism. Quality of work and product was top notch at a very competitive price - cheaper that expected !

Just had 2 sets of bay windows and a brand new front door fitted by Adam and Andy. The level of workmanship and attention to detail was second to none, amazing carpentry, etc. Every detail was given their attention, including parking, explanation of front door mechanisms, etc. They were so polite and considerate, and not patronising. We are so pleased with their work and would recommend them. I had been a bit apprehensive about having work done, but need not have worried.

All the windows in my house were replaced and the front bay needed to be rebuilt which the Firm gave me a great quote to complete and give me such a good experience. Very professional in all they did with very willing workmen and very easy to have around and left me each day with a clean and tidy house. They were happy to answer questions and explain the operation of all windows. From the top management through to all involved, it was a pleasure and I would be pleased to recommend them to everybody who wants a great job done.

I had a window with a rotting frame at the side of the house with. I did not find getting a quote easy, and two companies told me on the phone my job was too small. I remembered I had passed the showroom for The Window Company a few times on my way to Stretford Mall when I stopped off for a bite at McDonald's, so I went to the showroom. I found the experience end-to-end entirely professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The job was not too small so I got the quote, had an inspection visit to check out the job, and the window was delivered and fitted expertly within the timescales I was given. Quite honestly I couldn't have asked for more. I plan to have another window replaced in a few months and I will go directly to The Window Company. Five stars from me.

13 years ago I had my whole house,doors & porch fitted by the window co.Their service was excellent.Recently 1 of my toughened glass windows exploded I contacted them to replace it.I was given a good price.A man came & checked the measurements.It was fitted quickly seeing as it had to be ordered.I would recommend them on my original fitting I got 3 quotes,they were more comprehensive & cheaper,as I had all my window ledges covered as well.

Got 3 quotes on a replacement bay window and the repair of two popped panes, The Window Co came in considerably cheaper with all the same guarantees as the more expensive quotes. Andy, Adam and Taylor arrived early on the agreed date to fit and worked over on a Friday to ensure the job was done. We have been very impressed with the work and would highly recommend and use them again should we need any further windows replaced.

Alex, Andy, Adam & Taylor - great team DG'd the whole home. Very professional , methodical and extremely tidy. Arrived on time 8.30am and finished at 3.30pm. Windows all cleaned and every spec of rubbish removed. Respectful of the property and my neighbours, which is why I'm a repeat customers. Happy to recommend to anyone. We started off on shaky ground with a mistake being made regarding the colours of the windows that were installed- however, I was really impressed with the way The Window Co handled it and made the situation right. I've really appreciated the quality of the work, the demeanour of all the staff who I've met and spoken with, and the company's commitment to quality customer service. They went above and beyond to right the situation, and the finished job looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.

Had a new patio door fitted yesterday, great from start to finish. Arrived on time, got straight to work, and removed the old door and frame in no time (and no mess either). The new Sheerline French doors look amazing, the finishing work is of an excellent standard, and everything was completed with absolutely no drama, and the area was completely tidied at the end of the job. The team was polite & friendly, and very easy to have in your home! This is our second time using this company, both have been excellent experiences. I'd thoroughly recommend them. From the initial inquiry to completion, everything was carried out to the highest standards.

An excellent job from beginning to end. The whole process from planning to installation was professionally handled with attention to detail at every stage. All products and processes were explained. Everything was completed in the time stated and at the cost agreed. At no point was I pressurised and due to circumstances the company was flexible on their installation dates. The installers, Lewis and Alex, were polite and respectful to me and the property. They explained the whole procedure and worked meticulously with care taking their time to complete an excellent job. Afterwards, they completed the job by tidying up and explaining aftercare. Great job, thank you.

Excellent work yet again by The Window Company. This time 3 windows replaced with minimum disruption and beautifully finished. From placing request to Sally to completion by Andy Adam and Lee the work was done efficiently and considerately including cleaning up and removal of old windows. Well done everyone!

Darren and Nigel did an excellent job of replacing our conservatory roof. They were at our property for four days, all of which were stress free. The roof was completed efficiently and in a very professional manner. Both men were informative as to each stage of the build, and kept mess down to a minimum. The day they completed the job they left our conservatory spotless clean. They were two extremely pleasant and polite tradesmen. The last day of the build we were visited by two plasterers. They also worked efficiently and left a very tidy conservatory on completion. We are delighted with our new roof and would definitely recommend you to others.

Excellent from start to finish. For us, it's become the norm to experience poor workmanship in the majority of cases from other companies, but not with The Window Company. Every step of the process was great, from Sally’s initial friendly visits to discuss our requirements, the quote and surveyor visit, to the final fitting. We had a new front door, patio door, a couple of lintels, a window replaced, a couple of glass units fitted into existing frames, and an existing door (poorly fitted by someone else) realigned. The products are clearly of a very high standard and good quality (we love them). The attention to detail and high standard of workmanship during fitting, and the brickwork where lintels needed to be installed, was second to none - and you wouldn’t know that new glass units had been fitted into some of the existing frames (no damage to the beading of the original frames at all). A very neat and great job all round - thanks Andrew, Adam, Chris and Ben - highly skilled fitters, love the fact you just get on with it and the can-do attitude. We are very happy indeed, which, like I said before, we feel is quite unusual these days. It can be quite stressful having work done, but from the start the whole team instilled confidence and I felt able to leave them to it without feeling any need to watch over what was going on or to get involved. Can’t thank The Window Company enough - they exceeded our expectations and we would genuinely recommend them very highly.

I had a new composite front door fitted. Lewis and Sam got on with the work straight away from 8:30am, and worked to completion. They demonstrated a great attitude to fitting my new door and it was a pleasure to see how they enjoyed doing a great job. They were very professional and they restored my faith in tradesmen doing a good job. The Window Co have been excellent to deal with from start to finish. From Sally on sales, Angela on reception, Phil on surveying, and of course Lewis and Sam on fitting. All work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. The Window Co were able to fit me a new composite front door at a price which Safestyle and Everest couldn't even match with a UPVC one! We had a composite door fitted on 25/07/24. The door was expertly fitted by the fitter who arrived on time and remove the old door frame and installed the new door frame. The quality of the new door far exceeds our old door. We are very happy with the service we received and the actual fitting of the door.

I have used the window company for years and would recommend them again . They fitted a double door porch in leaded glass. There was a porch door pane quality problem identified by them , resolved by them without question and sorted to my total satisfaction. The windows and doors fitted in 2017 remain faultless and look like new I would recommend Wayne Shaw’s company and staff to anyone

Andy & Adam arrived at my home on 17/6 to install new windows, Porch door & front door. Very professional clean & tidy. They completed the work within 2days as promised.
