Really good experience. Efficient installers and backup from office was great too. They made a big job really easy for us. They were tidy, cleaned up as they went along and completed work to a high standard. Had a couple of really minor things needing attention and they were on to it very quickly to put it right. We were recommended to these people and no wonder they have so many top reviews. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Really well run company you can trust.

Excellent Work!
Andy and Adam came to do the window installation on 19th Jan 2024 albeit very cold weather. I am very impressed with their professional work. They not only installed two big windows for me at the living and dining rooms, but also went extra to fix the broken blinds and cleaned the rooms. Making them spotless before they finished the job. I am very happy with their work.

Good, neat workmanship. Good house protection. Friendly, accommodating workmen. Good quality products. Although there were some manufacturing problems, these were corrected and replacement units fitted without argument. They behaved professionally and with good customer care. I went to the Window company for new windows throughout the house, and replacement facias and guttering. They came out measured up and then as expected they came out to fit everything in the last few weeks. Andy and Dave were a great pair of lads, very polite and proffesional at all times. They kepy me fully updated on progress and any issues they encountered, not least Storm babet doing its best to put the job off. Weather challanges aside, I could not be happier with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

The Windows Co have just fitted new uPVC windows and a set of bifolds at my new address in Sale. I had new windows fitted by them at a different property in 2021 and I had been really pleased with them and so I always knew I would use them again, if needed. This time it took me a while to decide what I wanted and I changed my mind about various things a few times, early on in the process, before settling. Whenever I called or met with anyone from the company, they were patient, polite and happy to answer my questions. The order was made when I felt satisfied with my choices and I never felt rushed. The work commenced as planned; the lads worked really hard and the result was to a high quality standard, the same as last time. I love the windows and doors, they look great and feel sturdy and secure. I would have no problem recommending the company to anyone and I would happily use them again. Special thanks to Steve for working his socks off on the job and being super knowledgeable with lots of extra (free) advice about other jobs that I need doing! Also thanks to Paul, Phil and Angela who were so efficient and helpful :)

Very professional, knowledgeable, none pushy office staff ( I was even encouraged to get other quotes to compare!!) The fitters arrived on time, replaced my front and rear doors and my patio windows and left without leaving behind any negative signs that they had been on the property. I was so pleased with the quality of the materials used and the work done that I have requested that all the other windows in my house be changed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I have known of The Window Co for some time and it became time that we needed to replace our front door. I didn't contact any other company as I knew the following would happen. They provide high quality products. When they say the surveyor will turn up at 9.30 am at the earliest opportunity date - he did When we got the call to say the install team would be coming between 9 - 9.30 they were there at 9.15. Chris and Sam were incredibly polite and took real pride in their work and left the area they were working in tidier than when they started. The door we chose looks brilliant and is definitely so much more solid than the one we had. A brilliant service from start to finish. I wish I could give more than 5 stars !

Very helpful in bringing forward fitting date. We’re punctual and finished outside work very well. But didn’t make good broken brickwork around windows and doors inside the property. I don’t know if this is usual. The Window Co reduced cost of job by £150.00. for this to be corrected. The teams worked hard and were very considerate to other workers there. Finished the job on time.

I have used The Window Co several times now, over several years, to replace windows and doors in two properties. I would never consider another company. Every job they have done for me has been to a consistently high standard. all the fitters are pleasant, hard working and do an excellent job. I have recently had two large bays replaced. There was a problem with the materials provided. This was all explained to me and a timeline for reordering and returning to correct the work was given-and stuck to. It's great if a company do a good job. It's even better if they show their professionalism when things aren't right.

The order was placed early January 2022 for 13 triple glazed windows, 1 back door and a set of French doors, with £4677 deposit paid on 6th January. The Sales, Survey and install teams were really professional, polite and helpful. The install team cleaned up after their work. But, the difference is that the company doesn’t appear to care. We are still missing 1 window and two doors after paying the deposit 26 weeks ago and 6 weeks since the first 12 windows were installed. The wrong French doors were delivered and the bathroom windows had no opaque frosted glass for all 4 windows. When we chased about the missing opaque frosted glass and why the items were not checked before dispatch, I was told that “we don’t have time to check as we are really busy”. When asked what we should do when having a shower with clear, transparent glass, we were told to cover it up with a towel by a rude receptionist. There is still no date, 26 weeks after paying almost £5000, for when the missing items will arrive even though we believe that our new back door is with the company and has been for some time. What a shame that communication is non-existent and a few staff let down the many other staff at Window Co. This wasn’t a small order for Window Co and there are no excuses for the poor customer service and lack of order checks before the items were dispatched. I still await an update as to when the order will be completed. Not impressed at all!

Decided on The Window Company after reading reviews here etc. Very pleased with all new windows and patio doors for my house. It is fair to say there were some issues and they had to come back and re-install glass and some snagging but I did have a lot of windows/doors fitted so some glass issues were to be expected especially as glass was not being made to high standards across the industry later on in lockdown. However what really impressed me was that Wayne/Steve and the team went out of their way to fix stuff and always did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The work was completed to a high standard and they went above and beyond to fix issues. They were also competitive on price and therefore would thoroughly recommend.

We were recommended to contact The Window Company. We visited their showroom and were greeted by very helpful staff. We agreed on the style of windows and agreed a suitable time for them to be fitted, the work was carried out on time and within budget. Our fitters were Matt and Adam, they did a brilliant job at fitting our bay windows, although we did encounter a couple of problems which were resolved very efficiently by the company. Matt and Adam laid sheets down where necessary so when they had finished fitting the window we had no mess to clean up. Lots of our neighbours have commented how nice our windows look. Thank you all at The Window Company, we will be contacting you next year to order a new patio door.

We engaged The Window Company to replace our patio doors, which were draughty and leaky, kitchen window, and to repair and encapsulate a stained glass window on the staircase. From first meeting, through survey, to installation and the final finish – we were both impressed and delighted with their friendly, professional, courteous and diligent approach to every aspect of the work, their flexibility in accommodating our requirements for an installation date, and with the quality of the products. Particular mention must be made of the stained glass repair and encapsulation, which went above and beyond our expectations to achieve a perfect match of the replacement glass sections with the originals. The end result is beautiful. The patio doors are already noticeably less draughty (100% less would be my closest guess), significantly more substantial than the ones they replaced, and with such great care having been taken with the new seal installed at the top of the door, we no longer have a problem with water ingress. Absolutely delighted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had windows replaced at the back of my house to the ground and first floor. There were delays due to the company being busy and covid. There were also issues along the way; with wrong frames being ordered and fitted, and some work not carried out. However; the company agreed to put everything right without any fuss. Communication generally was good; and staff were helpful and friendly. The quality of the frames is good as is the standard of fitting. Despite the delays and issues; I am very happy with the final result.
