My daughter had a break - in in her new house so we decided to strengthen the security at the back by replacing a window and door, and the remaining glass units with laminated glass. From beginning to end of the process, everyone involved was kind, pleasant and supportive, and helpful in advice and recommendations. They were all very patient with a paranoid mother! The work is now complete, and they have done a great job. Everything happened exactly when they said it would. So a huge thank you to everyone involved for turning a distressing situation into such a pleasant experience - Paul, Chris, Dean, Aron and Andy and the office support. I now know who to call to replace the steamed up units in my house!

Paul, Steve and Daz have just completed the installation of our new windows and what a fantastic job they have done. First thing, carpets and any surrounding furniture fully sheeted to protect our home. Work completed and the new windows look brilliant but not finished there, protective sheeting removed and out with the carpet cleaner to make sure no mess is left behind. Not sure how they managed it but no paint touching up required at all after they left. An amazing job and many thanks to Wayne and his team.

Windows replaced with R9 specification, original stained glass retained following cleaning and repairs in encapsulated units, Door replaced using Sterling Solidor and frame again retaining original stained glass within encapsulated units, the workforce team, Paul, Steve, Daz and Nigel, very professional, excellent job with minimal disruption, very clean an tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending the company from first contact by telephone, helpfulness and advice in the showroom, work carried out within the time schedule with no hidden extras or pressure sales, a no obligation quote, honest and professional approach will definitely use them again.

We had a new porch frame and door and new bay window. The work was done on time and we are very grateful to Sean and Tom who identified an issue with the previous bay fitting and rectified it for us. The work was clean and professionally carried out and we were told to ring the office if we spotted anything untowards. We have used The Window Company a couple of times and will again should the need arise. Start to finish no complaints at all.

We had sliding doors fitted by the window company and the whole process was exactly what you wish for as a customer. Wayne was knowledgeable and informative in the showroom, not pushy, just helpful. He was ace when we ordered, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. The chaps who fitted the doors were on time, tidy, polite, had great attention to detail, they didn't rush, they communicated with us throughout the fitting and made sure we were happy and getting the finish we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to use The Window Company again and would recommend to our friends and family.

I got quotes from four different companies, the window co had a reasonable quote and weren't pushy at all so I was happy to go with them. They did a great job replacing our windows and French doors. Previously the windows were poorly fitted and let lots of sound in, now they're incredibly tidy and keep out much more noise than before. The doors were terrible, they were draughty and they let in so much noise that I couldn't watch tv in my living room. The new doors are very neatly fitted, they don't let any draught through and there's almost no noise at all, I can finally watch tv without having to turn it up to ridiculous volumes just to drown out people talking outside. We'd had concerns about the drainage previously and had mentioned it and they talked us through the new drainage and gave us full confidence in the doors. The guys were great every step of the way and did everything they could to make sure our new fittings looked good, they clearly take pride in their work. I'm so happy with the work the guys did, they've given me my living room back and I could genuinely cry I'm so happy to have the new doors in. I would 100% recommend The Window Co to anyone who needed new windows and doors (and in fact I already recommended them to a neighbour who also wants new French doors). We will eventually be replacing some more windows and probably our front door and I will be going to The Window Co immediately.

I just want to thank the Window Co for a fantastic service. We are very, very happy with our new windows. From the very first contact we made with you in early June you have been great to deal with, always communicating & keeping us in the loop throughout the Covid-19 pandemic & all the trials & uncertainties that that has brought. The lads did a great job, punctual, polite, a great installation & left us clean & tidy at the end of each day. We couldn’t have asked for more. It’s refreshing to deal with a hassle free company and get a great service.

Lot of window company’s have bad reps so it felt we were taking a bit of a chance just choosing one at random.turns out we made a great choice great company, good communication nice people from the office staff to the fitters they cleaned up after the job and we are well pleased with product.will be using them again

I have known of The Window Co for some time and it became time that we needed to replace our front door. I didn't contact any other company as I knew the following would happen. They provide high quality products. When they say the surveyor will turn up at 9.30 am at the earliest opportunity date - he did When we got the call to say the install team would be coming between 9 - 9.30 they were there at 9.15. Chris and Sam were incredibly polite and took real pride in their work and left the area they were working in tidier than when they started. The door we chose looks brilliant and is definitely so much more solid than the one we had. A brilliant service from start to finish. I wish I could give more than 5 stars !

I went to the Window company for new windows throughout the house, and replacement facias and guttering. They came out measured up and then as expected they came out to fit everything in the last few weeks. Andy and Dave were a great pair of lads, very polite and proffesional at all times. They kepy me fully updated on progress and any issues they encountered, not least Storm babet doing its best to put the job off. Weather challanges aside, I could not be happier with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Good, neat workmanship. Good house protection. Friendly, accommodating workmen. Good quality products. Although there were some manufacturing problems, these were corrected and replacement units fitted without argument. They behaved professionally and with good customer care. They did a good job and displayed great customer care. I thoroughly recommend them.

We had a composite door fitted on 25/07/24. The door was expertly fitted by the fitter who arrived on time and remove the old door frame and installed the new door frame. The quality of the new door far exceeds our old door. We are very happy with the service we received and the actual fitting of the door.

Fantastic service. Trustworthy team and great eye for detail. Lewis was great. Installation was very straightforward and issues with our wonky house were dealt with really well.

Got 3 quotes on a replacement bay window and the repair of two popped panes, The Window Co came in considerably cheaper with all the same guarantees as the more expensive quotes. Andy, Adam and Taylor arrived early on the agreed date to fit and worked over on a Friday to ensure the job was done. We have been very impressed with the work and would highly recommend and use them again should we need any further windows replaced.

We started off on shaky ground with a mistake being made regarding the colours of the windows that were installed- however, I was really impressed with the way The Window Co handled it and made the situation right. I've really appreciated the quality of the work, the demeanour of all the staff who I've met and spoken with, and the company's commitment to quality customer service. Alex, Andy, Adam & Taylor - great team DG'd the whole home. Very professional , methodical and extremely tidy. Arrived on time 8.30am and finished at 3.30pm. Windows all cleaned and every spec of rubbish removed. Respectful of the property and my neighbours, which is why I'm a repeat customers. Happy to recommend to anyone. I had a window with a rotting frame at the side of the house with. I did not find getting a quote easy, and two companies told me on the phone my job was too small. I remembered I had passed the showroom for The Window Company a few times on my way to Stretford Mall when I stopped off for a bite at McDonald's, so I went to the showroom. I found the experience end-to-end entirely professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The job was not too small so I got the quote, had an inspection visit to check out the job, and the window was delivered and fitted expertly within the timescales I was given. Quite honestly I couldn't have asked for more. I plan to have another window replaced in a few months and I will go directly to The Window Company. Five stars from me.
