7 double glazed windows fitted, all as specified and with a minmum of disruption. Use their own fitters, which is very reassuring, and they were pleasant to have around. Job completed quickly and thoroughly tidied up afterwards. Highly recommended for quality work.

I had all the windows replaced in my house, including a large bay with Infinity Windows. From quote to completion, the company were brilliant. No sleazy sales person, just a really helpful chap who helped me figure out what I wanted. It's nice to see the company using their own fitters; Paul, Tom and Alan who were all lovely and really helpful. They did a great job at tidying up. A pipe was broken during the fitting and a couple of handles missing but within 48 hours everything was fixed and fitted! Really impressed, would definitely recommend.

We needed broken fittings on some of our windows replaced. Wayne Shaw, the manager, came to give us a quotation. His manner and appearance gave us confidence that we were dealing with a quality, well-run, business. Parts needed ordering, and it was a few weeks before they could give us a date and time for the fitting. Exactly on time, the two fitters arrived, and did a quick and efficient job. Again, they were pleasant and friendly people. I think the bill was slightly high, but I would certainly deal with this business again.

No pressure sales approach from this company with a reasonable quote. Work carried out efficiently by very friendly workmen who were very tidy, cleaning up after themselves each day when they finished. Quality of the work very good. I would recommend them to anyone else.

I'm really pleased with the quality of the products and workmanship and also the follow up service. Excellent customer service throughout and every member of staff I interacted with was courteous and professional. The Window Co employs all staff and does not use contractors and this is reflected in the service. I would highly recommend this company for new windows and doors!

Wayne and his team have done a great job at installing double glazing in our 1950ÔøΩs semi in East Didsbury. Wayne was really helpful in ensuring we chose the best window and door design for the property and his team was quick and tidy. I would highly recommend the Window Company to friends and family and have no hesitation in getting them back.

Very helpful in bringing forward fitting date. We’re punctual and finished outside work very well. But didn’t make good broken brickwork around windows and doors inside the property. I don’t know if this is usual. The Window Co reduced cost of job by £150.00. for this to be corrected. The teams worked hard and were very considerate to other workers there. Finished the job on time.

Kept well informed of all appointments, projected delivery date of window and time slot for actual installation. We used this company 9 hrs ago and we’re very pleased to use them again. I have had all the windows replaced in my house. It took 3 days, as they said. The guys, Daz and Nige, were great. Respectful to the property, cleaned up afterwards and friendly. They worked hard and the quality of their workmanship is second to none. The price was also very competitive. They were recommended to me by a friend , and I have already recommended the company to others. When the largest window was replaced, a colleague of theirs, Nev helped and he too was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

The order was placed early January 2022 for 13 triple glazed windows, 1 back door and a set of French doors, with £4677 deposit paid on 6th January. The Sales, Survey and install teams were really professional, polite and helpful. The install team cleaned up after their work. But, the difference is that the company doesn’t appear to care. We are still missing 1 window and two doors after paying the deposit 26 weeks ago and 6 weeks since the first 12 windows were installed. The wrong French doors were delivered and the bathroom windows had no opaque frosted glass for all 4 windows. When we chased about the missing opaque frosted glass and why the items were not checked before dispatch, I was told that “we don’t have time to check as we are really busy”. When asked what we should do when having a shower with clear, transparent glass, we were told to cover it up with a towel by a rude receptionist. There is still no date, 26 weeks after paying almost £5000, for when the missing items will arrive even though we believe that our new back door is with the company and has been for some time. What a shame that communication is non-existent and a few staff let down the many other staff at Window Co. This wasn’t a small order for Window Co and there are no excuses for the poor customer service and lack of order checks before the items were dispatched. I still await an update as to when the order will be completed. Not impressed at all!
